God the Father
God is the origin of all life.
In fact, God is life.
God has always existed.
Therefore life has always existed
because God is the origin of life.
God did not create Himself.
Therefore God did not create life.
It always existed.
Because God always existed.
God is a Spirit.
John 4-24 :God is a Spirit:
The Spirit of Life.
God did not create Himself.
Therefore God hence the Spirit of Life has always existed.
Therefore God is the origin of all life.
Note*** There are no dead spirits.
God did not make Himself come alive.
Is God the Father of all spirits? -

Mother Teresa: Saint or Ain't
-
As a Christian missionary, abroad representing Christ, Rome's poster child,
Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu (a.k.a. Mother Teresa) is a terrible disappointment.
It turns out Teresa was a remarkable actor. Her public image bore no
resemblance whatsoever to the secret life of her inner being.
Below are some quotes taken from her own private letters; and excerpts of
her statements from other sources. You be the judge: role model or role
player, believer or make-believer?
"Only pray that I keep up this joy exteriorly. I deceive people with this
weapon-- even my Sisters."
"When I try to raise my thoughts to Heaven, there is such convicting
emptiness that those very thoughts return like sharp knives and hurt my
very soul.... -
The Presence of God
If I have the Holy Ghost dwelling within me.
Why would I need to enter into God's presence?
His presence would always be in me.
So if you have the Holy Ghost within you then
why would you need to enter into God's presence?
His presence would always be in you.
If you have the
indwelling of the Holy Ghost
would you not always be
in the presence of God? -
About works
Jas_2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
So what is our work.
Heb_11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
And that is the simplicty of it, the works come by God because you have faith.
Lets look at Abraham
Gen 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
But Sarah because of her age
Gen 18:13 And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?
Gen 18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time... -
If the law was abolished at the cross...
"But if the law was abolished at the cross, as many claim, then the agony and death of God’s dear Son were endured only to give to Satan just what he asked; then the prince of evil triumphed, his charges against the divine government were sustained. The very fact that Christ bore the penalty of man’s transgression is a mighty argument to all created intelligences that the law is changeless; that God is righteous, merciful, and self-denying; and that infinite justice and mercy unite in the administration of His government. PP 70.1" (Patriarchs and Prophets, chapter 4).
Just some food for thought... What is the prognosis for a world where God's law is abolished?
What is Gods Law?

Two Ways of thinking about OSAS
Those that do not believe in OSAS are the ones that believe they save themselves by not sinning in the flesh.
Those that believe in OSAS are the ones that believe they are saved by what Jesus did on the cross and not by their ability to not sin in the flesh.
Phil 3:3
3 For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,
NKJV
2 Cor 11:3-5
3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

I just want to get this off my chest, concerning hypocrisy in the church
I should be an ex-Catholic (I suppose in a strange kinda way, i am?? but i digress..).
I've seen it all: bad priests, un-Catholic priests, un-Christian priests (yes, you can be Catholic and not Christian)
i have gotten so angry "at the Church" I could spit nails (and wanted to!) But you know.. I'm not going to let humans take me away from all the good things the Church has to offer. Jesus did say that few would get to Heaven (Mt 7, Lk 13)--not surprising.. how things go
so, frankly i don't get why some people just totally ditch the... -
what irritates the crud out of me about "Christians" so-called
well, we have all noticed that some who call themselves Christian are often further from it than the so called pagans
It seems that sometimes when one gets religion, his or her mind just shuts like a steel trap for some strange reason. Some christians act like.. well, that if a member of a Christian church other than his/her own says something, it is automatically to be dismissed, often derisively, for no "reason" other than the fact that person belongs to a different church! Now is that insane or not?
If Hitler quoted the Bible (no evidence he ever did, but..) does that mean we have to throw out that psg???...
