"God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts. - Galatians 4:6

We can't let "COASTING" be our default setting in our life with God.

CRUISING (definition: to travel at a speed providing maximum operating efficiency for a sustained period) fits the advancing nature of the Kingdom of God much more than coasting. God made us to live life at "maximum operating efficiency." Jesus called it as having "life, and life abundantly" (John 10:10). It fits because the Kingdom of God, His expanding rule over all created things, starts first with our heart and then moves. It moves ahead. The Kingdom doesn't stall, doesn't idle in the parking lot, and doesn't lose energy. The Kingdom doesn't "coast."

When Jesus told Peter, on his confession, that He would build His Church (Matthew 16:18), the Lord added that the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it. This implies that the Church is advancing, taking the offensive against the forces of darkness. The Kingdom parables (Matthew 13) of the mustard seed and of the leaven both speak of an expansion, of growth, and of movement. The Kingdom of God is advancing, moving forward.... always. Are we going to try to coast or to cruise, operating at maximum efficiency in it?

There are doctrines today that allow Christians to sit back and do nothing. They defend this cool, casual leave-it-all-to-God attitude with Bible passages. Such an outlook is entirely foreign to the spirit of the New Testament.

The ultimate objective of ministry should not be to teach people how to get things from God. The aim of the Christian life is to give and to equip fellow Christians to advance the Kingdom of God.

"Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon him while He is near." - Isaiah 55:6

GETTING OUT OF THE BOX

The first step to getting out of the box is to fully grasp your Christ identity and fellowship with the God of the breakthrough. The Holy Spirit will charge you with fresh vision and boldness. Choose today to align yourself with God by discovering and pursuing His purpose for your life. Choose today to "turn aside into the flame" of God's presence and receive fresh encouragement, fresh vision, fresh energy, and fresh oil.

It's more important to operate at maximum efficiency in the Kingdom than ever before—that is getting up each day and asking Him to help you be aware of the Kingdom-current of activity going on around you—and jumping into God’s Christ calling on your life.

Ask God for a revelation of your DESTINY in Christ. You carry the heart of a lion. You are made fearless in His image. You are created for an extraordinary life. Pray and soak in His plans for you. Open the door to your future.

Lord, give us grace and sensitivity for Kingdom "CRUISING"!
