Deuteronomy 32:1-4
[1] Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. [2] My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: [3] Because I will publish the name of the Lord : ascribe ye greatness unto our God. [4] He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
“My doctrine shall drop as the rain, My speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb...” the “tender herb” being Christ, springing forth that “living water” that fountain of “Life” to satisfy the desolate and waste ground. Job 38:26-27 To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man; [27] To satisfy the desolate and waste ground ; and to cause the BUD of the tender herb to spring forth(unto Life)?
because God will publish the name of the Lord...and He has published the name of the Lord mightily. John 7:15-18 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? [16] Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. [17] If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. [18] He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
Hosea 10:12
[12] Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for IT IS TIME to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
Isaiah 45:8
[8] Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them BRING FORTH salvation, and let righteousness SPRING UP together; I the Lord have created it.
Isaiah 52:6-7
Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: ...behold, it is I.
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
