Read: Romans 2:9-10; Romans 5:1; Romans 8:5-6; Romans 12:17-21; Romans 14:19

There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek, but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Romans 2:9‭-‬10 NASB1995

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Romans 5:1 NASB1995

For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,

Romans 8:5‭-‬6 NASB1995

Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine , I will repay ,” says the Lord. “But if your enemy is hungry , feed him , and if he is thirsty , give him a drink ; for in so doing you will heap burning coals on his head .” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Romans 12:17‭-‬21

So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another.

Romans 14:19 NASB1995

Thoughts: I notice I do have peace when I am making the right decisions. It is hard to keep my mouth closed at times when I feel an injustice is going on, but for the most part, I would say I am a peacemaker. I do not like to fight with people, because it makes me feel bad. Someone always gets hurt. Pursuing things that make peace and builds others up is not only God's Word to me, but is something I get contentment/peace from. I am grateful Jesus Christ grants me peace through justification of my sinsI want to share Jesus Christ's peace with others also..
