WE WANT A PEACE THAT TEMPORARILY COMFORTS AND CODDLES BECAUSE WE DO NOT LIKE TO BE CHALLENGED OR CHANGED.
THE PEACE THAT FLOWS INTO US FROM THE LORD SATISFIES THE SOUL WITH FULL ASSURANCE THAT HE IS STILL FOR US, EVEN AS WE ARE BEING TAKEN THROUGH FIRE - IN WHICH WE CAN BE CHANGED INTO HIS LIKENESS.
2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord."
Luke 6:8 - "But Jesus knew their thoughts and said to the man with the crippled hand, 'Stand up and come here to the front.' The man got up and stood there.'"
OBSERVATION:
Jesus is telling me to come out of the back row of life; come out of darkness; come out of my comfort zone and launch out in a great leap of faith toward Him!
Proverbs 13:12 - "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true, there is life and joy."
WITHOUT GOD HOPE IS REDUCED TO THE POWERLESS LEVEL OF FATE.
WHILE LIFE CAN TAKE PEOPLE FROM HOPE TO DISAPPOINTMENT THE GOD OF HOPE LEADS PEOPLE IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.
NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES LOOK LIKE FOR YOU, THE HEART OF GOD IS THAT YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE.
AFFIRMATIONS:
WHEN DISCOURAGEMENT STARTS TO SET IN, I FOCUS ON GOD AND THE INTEGRITY OF WHAT HIS WORD PROMISES BELIEVERS.
I SPEAK WORDS THAT BRING HOPE AND LIFE TO OTHERS.
I LIVE MY LIFE WITH FORWARD EXPECTATION AND SEE ALL MY DREAMS COME TRUE IN HIM.
GRASSHOPPERS OF DISCOURAGEMENT WILL ASSAULT US WHEN WE'RE WEARY. OUR STRENGTH IS DIMINISHED WHEN WE ALLOW OUR MINDS TO ENTERTAIN AND DWELL ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO OUR SENSES.
WHEN FOCUSED ON THE TURMOIL AND UPHEAVAL OF THE TEMPORAL WE'LL BE OVERWHELMED. IT WILL NOT BRING US STRENGTH, BUT DRAIN US. CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COUNSEL US TO GIVE UP.

I DON'T ALLOW THE GRASSHOPPER OF DISCOURAGEMENT TO DESTROY ALL I'VE SOWN.
GOD'S PROMISE IS SURE AND BACKED BY HIS CHARACTER.
Psalm 89:8 - "O Lord God Almighty! Where is there anyone as mighty as you, Lord? Faithfulness is your very character."
It is all important that we know the glory of Jesus. He is the outshining of God's glory and the express image of His substance.
The more the soul is filled with that glory, and worships Him in it, the more it will see with what confidence it can count upon Him to do a divine and supernatural work in us, lead us to our CALLING IN HIM, and lead us to an actual living fellowship with God as our Father.
Hebrews 1:3 - "The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being."
Expect exponential blessings in your breakthroughs. Expect faith upon faith to rise up! Expect advancement from strength-to-strength! Expect to go from glory-to-glory as God opens impossible doors for the advancement of His kingdom and His glory.
Romans 4:17 -- ....."God who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did."
When Jesus saw the man with a withered hand, He didn't say, "My goodness! It is so withered!" He said, "Stretch out your hand! (Matthew 12:13). He CALLED FORTH what he wanted. He looked at the paralytic and said, "Rise, take up your bed and go home!" (Matthew 9:6). He didn't see it the way it was in the natural. He saw the way God meant it to be and He CALLED IT FORTH.
Matthew 7:8 AMP -- "For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, the door will be opened."
Even if you have not had revelation of God's CALLING on your life, do not lose heart! God is saying, "Try again!" It is time to regroup and try again, knowing that failure is never God's plan (see Jeremiah 29:11).
You will see doors open that were closed to you previously. God is granting breakthrough.
Jesus prophesied, "I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father" (John 14:12).
By listening to the Holy Spirit and then casting our nets where He tells us to, we will be able to haul in a miraculous catch!
As we break out of the box of traditional limitations, we carry increased power and clarity with diversities of anointing, exhibiting faith coupled with humility.
When the Lord Jesus steps into your boat, His presence brings you to your knees. Your response will be humility – and change. When He gets into your boat, it will cost you your boat, your history, and everything you own.
Luke 5:11 says, “So when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed Him .”
The Lord Jesus has taught us that our soul life, or natural life, like a grain of wheat, should fall into the ground and die (John 12:24).
God has not granted us humility and patience and gentleness. He grants the entire Christ to us. It is Christ living in us and through us who becomes our humility, patience, and gentleness. It is Christ, the living Lord.
This is true Christianity!
