Recently I was speaking in tongues when I got an idea through a revelation by the Holy Spirit that I use Google Translate to identify and translate those tongues into english so I translated my tongue (using detect language) and found it was Tajik which is a Persian-speaking Iranian ethnic group native to Central Asia, living primarily in Afghanistan.
This isn't fool poof as some languages may be spelt differently than they are spoken but the majority of the time, can be identified in relation to God speaking through other languges. GT cannot be used to indentify angelic tongues however, as it is not a known language to mankind.
Just recently, a close relative (aged 5) randomly began to speak in tongues which was just incredible. This is his first time where the Holy Spirit began to manifest his presence in him. Most of my close relatives began speaking in tongues at this early stage.
How Do You Know This Is The Gift Of Tongues?
I recognised it was tongues for a number of reasons.
1. It was quickened it to me in my innermost being as a word spoken from the lord and I became alerted by it. (my spirit in me got excited)
2. It has a swing to it vocally. It tends to go up and down in a smooth motion.
3. It is clear, concise, dectable language and the words are distinguishable.
4. It has the Holy Spirit element involved in it which is discernable.
When those words are translated, it's always about God and what he is saying very much like a prophetic utterance.
We managed to capture some of those words to translate and it was in a native language from our own country stating "Oh Lord my God!" then it went on to identify something that was going on in the northern hemishpere. We will be practising that more as we go along and hopefully hone in on some of those key words from God! Glory!
