Where is Jesus Today?
There are many people that still linger around the cross looking for Jesus. Some know very little of his works and the very reason he came. Sure he came for salvation of the people. But what else did he do? Some don't realize that Jesus had to do more things than they realize. For instance, an old testament time and new testament time had to be dealt with. Jesus had to put off the old and bring forth the new era. Also, he had to die to bring forth the saving spirit. Once dead, that spirit came and is still with us today. Jesus has long since left the cross and abides in the hearts of all who shall accept him and follow him. As he gave up the old,(old testament) and brought in the new,(new testament), he also has raised up those that follow him by putting off the old man and bringing on the new man. Yes, Jesus is still around. "I will never leave you nor forsake you". He will rip that eternal soul from your body one day and carry you to his home. An eternal home. A place where "eye has not seen, neither lies in the heart of man," what is in store for him there. Make swift your coming oh Lord. ! ! !
