what do you think 'defending liberties' involve zig zag?

I think Peter said it best:
Act 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

what does it involve...
standing your ground for what you believe is truth.
Not everyone believes in God, so everyone's "truth" is different.
But if you stand on the side of good, mercy, kindness, love, compassion...
versus tyranny and cruelty and unjust causes..
Then one must not waver in their convictions.

I am more of a defence person.
If you break into my house, I will try to kick you out, even if it means losing my life.
Not for the sake of the house, but for my liberty to live there.
I worked for it, I paid for it, and rightfully it is mine.
No one should have the right to come and claim what belongs to another.

Some people are satanists. They have that right to follow whatever path they choose.
That is their liberty.
So if I don't want people trampling on mine, then I aught not be trampling on others...
until it effects my liberty.
Then you have to defend it.

We elect officials to secure our liberties. When they begin to remove them, they themselves need to be removed.

What is liberty?
The ability to live one's life unharrassed and without harrassing others.
Don't tread on me.

How to defend against tyranny.

The religious authorities in Jesus days, (not much different then current days)
kept the people in poverty, hungry, diseased. All the while collecting tithes (taxes) that was meant to better the people.
Jesus din't come at them with swords or guns.
He simply filled the oblagations which those in control should have been doing.
He made a spectacle of them. Showed them up for who they were, greedy theives.
And they lost the power over the people.

If you don't have the consent of the people, then you have no power.
That is the greatest defence.. in my opinion.

So much more to say, but I'm running out of letters on my keyboard..

Our prime minister has been an impetulant child from day one. None of this should come as a shock or surprise to anyone, especially us Canadians who could see this coming a convoy mile away. I don't typically get into politics, but this has been an eye opener to the rest of the world with our PM and his behaviours.
