Our Lord and Saviour, we thank you for letting us receive so much that is good in all circumstances on earth. We thank you that we can have joy in life in spite of our shortcomings, mistakes, and worries. Keep the gifts of your Spirit alive in us. Keep alive in us everything that Jesus Christ was, everything he is, and everything he will be on earth for all people. May the Holy Spirit fill us and keep our faith so we give glory to you and be a beacon of faith to others. Amen.

Dear Father in heaven, we thank you that we are your children. We thank you that through your Spirit our hearts may know that we are your children. As your children we entrust ourselves in your hands. We are children with faith we place ourselves in your hands to guide us and protect us. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead [a]in our transgressions, made us alive together [b]with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. Yeshua our God and Savior, we thank you for your sacrifice, we thank you for allowing us to experience your power. We thank you that your Spirit comes to our aid again and again. We thank you for the wisdom that we need not be occupied with material things. Grant that we may continue to have your help, and let many hearts find what a Grace it is that in spirit we may walk in heaven even during this transitory life with all its foolish ways. We may say with complete assurance that everything tormenting and burdening will pass by. It passes by, and we go joyfully and confidently toward your kingdom, which continually gains in power. Amen.

Theological statement…..There is a lot of talk about whether or not you can loose your salvation. Better to know the facts because facts are truth and the truth will set you free. God loved us while we were yet sinners but salvation was never designed to make us perfect. Yahweh gave his son as a sacrifice so we would be saved. Yeshua was the sacrifice that saved us. Salvation is not about failure.

None of this happened so that Hell would be filled with the faithful. Yes you can sin your way out of salvation but in that, Hell is awarded to you because you had to work at it. As a whole salvation is secure.

As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what he promised us – eternal life. 1 John 2:24–25

Lord our God, we want to find our joy in you and in all your promises to us. For you have promised that in the midst of all the pain and sorrow, you are preparing what pleases you and serves your honor in every heart. May we experience in our lives the fulfillment of many of your promises, so that again and again we can go forward joyfully, rising above difficult times and situations. Have mercy on us and protect us in your strength. Amen.

Dear Father in heaven, we thank you for guiding us, your children, here on earth. We thank you that whatever happens to us, we can again and again find joy because you give us what is good even when times are evil and when we go through sorrow. We thank you that your goodness and your faithfulness penetrate everything, and that at last, at long last, they penetrate our hearts. Then we can know and be glad that your Spirit guides us. We can know we are never alone but can receive strength to help us in the struggle and toil of our life. Through your help everything becomes fruitful – good and evil, life and death, health and suffering. Everything must serve you through the working of your Spirit. Amen.
