Oh, ok. In politics forget about Christianity. :-)
The thread title is purely on Iran's nuclear facilities being bombed = how is that a bad thing?
You may say "innocent people dying" to which i say: Yes, and far less then a madman with a NUCLEAR BOMB

Maybe discuss how God, in fact judges the nations both now and when HE Comes.

Truce Between Israel and Iran Back On After Trump Lashes Out

(Bloomberg) -- Israel and Iran appeared to be honoring a ceasefire agreement unexpectedly announced by US President Donald Trump overnight, after the American leader reacted angrily to early breaches of the deal by both sides.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to hold off on further strikes after a conversation with Trump on Tuesday, according to a statement from his office. Israel had destroyed a radar complex near Tehran after the truce came into effect as of 7 a.m. local time, the PM’s office said, but this was in response to three missiles from Iran.
“DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!,” Trump had written on his Truth Social platform earlier, directing his ire toward Israel in particular.

Trump’s frustration at the rocky start to his ceasefire was evident when he stopped to take questions from reporters outside the White House before heading to a NATO summit in The Hague. “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they’re doing,” he told them.
Those comments, alongside the posts on Truth Social, highlight the fragility of the truce between Israel and Iran, arch-enemies for decades and which have been at war since Israel kicked off an exchange of drone and missile fire on June 13.

Trump announced the ceasefire late Monday, less than 48 hours after the US entered the conflict directly with attacks on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear facilities. That followed a well-telegraphed attack by Iran on a US air base in Qatar that was widely viewed as de-escalatory.
Trump told the reporters he believed the truce would hold, even if it was being tested.
“I think they both violated it,” Trump said. But when asked if the ceasefire was breaking, Trump responded “I don’t think so.”
Trump had cast the ceasefire as an end to the 12-day war that saw Israel, later joined by the US, launch attacks on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and draw retaliatory strikes from Tehran. The military action came after five rounds of talks between the US and Iran about a diplomatic solution to international concerns over Iran’s nuclear program.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which answers to Iran’s supreme leader, said it fired 14 missiles at Israel in the “last minutes before the ceasefire came into effect.” The IRGC said it was a response to an Israeli strike that killed a number of military personnel.
Since the war started on June 13, 606 people have been killed in Iran, according to the government. In Israel, emergency services have said 28 people have been killed by Iranian missile strikes, including four on Tuesday morning.
“THE CEASEFIRE IS NOW IN EFFECT,” Trump said at around 9:10 a.m. Dubai time on social media. “PLEASE DO NOT VIOLATE IT!”

Oil prices plunged late on Monday when it became clear Iran’s strikes on Qatar caused no fatalities or major damage. Traders took it as a sign that Iran had no intention of escalating tensions with Washington, let alone drag other countries in the petroleum-rich region into a wider war.
Brent fell 4.1% to $68.58 a barrel as of 1:58 p.m. on Tuesday in London, following a drop of more than 7% a day earlier. It has returned to almost the same level from before Israel started attacks on Iran on June 13.

A senior White House official said Trump brokered the ceasefire in a conversation with Netanyahu on Monday. Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and special envoy Steve Witkoff held direct and indirect talks with the Iranians about the proposal, the official said.
Israel agreed to the truce as long as Iran did not launch further attacks, and the Iranian government signaled it would abide by those terms, according to the official.

Every nation fears Trump and what he might do.
This is really quite amazing.

Trump has also been talking with Russia and China to eliminate building new nuclear bombs, and draw down defense spending.

And he says they are interested.
It costs all 3 of them massive sums to build such weapons, and if the ones we have today were ever used, the world would be mostly dead.

We might ask ourselves how that lines up with Biblical end time prophesies?
Maybe "The fake man of peace" and the world feels comfy before all hell breaks loose?

the last sign = "When they say "peace and safety", then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman.
And they shall not escape."

My thinking, if the US decides credible evidence exists, will strike Iran's nuclear sites again and again.
As Trump said, Iran cannot be allowed to have nuclear bombs.

U.S. strike on Iran: Will there be another surprise attack after nuclear sites survived? The story of the recent U.S. military strike on Iran is far from over. Just few days ago, the United States launched a surprise air and missile attack targeting three of Iran’s most critical nuclear facilities—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. The goal? To stop Iran from advancing its nuclear weapons program.

But now, just days later, U.S. intelligence suggests that the mission did not fully succeed. According to a report from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the attack only delayed Iran’s nuclear efforts by a few months, not destroyed them. Despite using advanced bunker-buster bombs and precision-guided missiles, the U.S. failed to wipe out Iran’s enriched uranium or its core nuclear infrastructure.

That’s raising serious questions in Washington—and around the world—about what comes next. Could another strike be coming? Is the U.S. preparing for a second military move? And what does this all mean for global security?

What went wrong in the U.S. strike on Iran's nuclear sites?

The story of the U.S. strike was first shared by President Donald Trump himself on Truth Social, where he described it as a “spectacular success.” The operation, called "Midnight Hammer," included 14 GBU-57 bunker-busting bombs, dropped by stealth bombers, along with dozens of Tomahawk cruise missiles launched from U.S. submarines in the Persian Gulf.
However, within days, sources inside the DIA leaked a very different version of events. According to a report first shared by Reuters, satellite images showed key nuclear equipment had already been moved out of the strike zones before the attack. Analysts believe Iran anticipated the possibility of a strike and acted fast to protect its assets.

More troubling, the report says that Iran's underground facilities were deeper than expected, limiting the effectiveness of even the most powerful bunker-buster bombs. As a result, core systems and uranium supplies survived, and Tehran has already begun restarting operations.

Will the U.S. launch a second strike against Iran?

This is the big question. And while no official announcement has been made, multiple defense sources say a second surprise strike is being discussed behind closed doors.
The first attack aimed to eliminate Iran’s nuclear capacity. But with that goal unmet, military planners are now reviewing new options. Increased U.S. drone and satellite surveillance over Iranian territory suggests that Washington is closely monitoring any sign of nuclear reactivation.

Still, launching another strike could be risky. Iran has warned that any further attacks will be met with force. There’s fear that another hit could trigger a wider conflict, including Iranian attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq or on oil shipping lanes in the Strait of Hormuz, which handles about 20% of the world’s oil supply.

How is Iran responding after the failed U.S. operation?

Iran has kept its message consistent. Officials say the attack caused limited damage and that nuclear enrichment will resume soon. They’ve also warned that continued U.S. aggression could push them to exit the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)—a move that would escalate the crisis further.
Despite U.S. claims of success, Iranian state media released footage showing technicians returning to work and power restored to the Natanz facility. According to Associated Press, Iranian trucks were spotted transporting enriched uranium days before the strike, suggesting advance warning and preparation.

What does this mean for U.S. foreign policy?

The story of the U.S. strike on Iran has now turned into a bigger issue for President Trump’s foreign policy team. Internally, there's a divide. Hardliners are urging another strike to finish the job, while others warn that more military action could spark a regional war.
At the same time, President Trump is facing pressure to show strength during an election year, with critics arguing that the first strike was rushed and under-planned. On the other side, some lawmakers from both parties are asking for a shift back to diplomacy, especially given the global economic risks tied to oil prices and regional instability.

Lefty MSNBC host pours cold water on leaked report minimizing US strikes on Iran: ‘being played’

Even lefty MSNBC anchor Joe Scarborough is pouring cold water on reports suggesting the US airstrikes on Iran only set its nuclear facilities back by a few months — suggesting that the mainstream media might be getting “played” by the intelligence community.

“We … have to be cautious about being played by people inside the intel community who want to get their message out,” Scarborough said on “Morning Joe.”

Scarborough’s comments follow a preliminary Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) assessment leaked to CNN and the New York Times claiming the damage done to Iran’s nuclear facilities over the weekend was less than what President Trump touted as a resounding success.

Israel was on the ground in Iran to inspect the damage. Israel said fordo was destroyed. Mainstream media is only getting hearsay info and reporting something that can't be verified.

And what is all this crazy talk about Trump being a candidate for the Nobel Peace Price.
That's totally bizarre, specially after he approved Israel to attack Iran, and later to go in there with US bombings.

Well I guees anybody can get that price these days if they bomb the heck out of somebody and later make peace with them.

Crazy world we live in.

Your response has nothing to do with my post.
But that's ok.

Not a very smart remark for a person who calls himself a "theologian".
But al least you are not messing up Bible Doctrine in this post.
So, that's a small plus point.

Now you can go back to your friend who calls people nutcases, socialists, communists and some more

names he is using on sunday mornings when he attends the church in Brisbane. You gays must love each other.
"Real men" as he mentioned.
