So did Paul.

Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
Peter preached salvation thru his name
Romans 10: speaks of faith v6
confession was for Israel v10
calling on his name was for Israel v13

peter preached of his death and ressurection as did every other apostel .
Peter preached his death as an indictment against Israel
Peter preached his resurrection to sit on David's throne in the earthly kingdom

Paul preached Jesus died for our sins
Paul preached Jesus rose for our justification

They preached the same thing?????????

That was for Israel

[Rom 10:8-9 KJV] 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Paul is referencing the old testament........................[Deu 30:14 KJV] 14 But the word [is] very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
What's your point? Really.

If you wish to learn ,you'll read the information provided.

In short, and going forward please remember this. It is never a good idea to say something never appears in the scriptures unless you can absolutely show proof of that.

You said John preached the Kingdom of God. And never preached the cross or resurrection.

This is not true.

How do we know this?
Because John was at the cross when Jesus was crucified.

John couldn't preach the kingdom of God without teaching the cross and the resurrection.

Study. It will do your heart good.

[1Pe 2:24-25 KJV] 24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. 25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

Peter was saying Jesus bore only Israel's sins by quoting from Isaiah.
[Isa 53:5-6 KJV] 5 But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Isiah talks of Israel
Did you forget already that Jesus sent the 11 to all the world to preach repentance the kingdom of heaven and the commandments, see matt 28;

Mat 28:16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.

Mat 28:17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I have told you this already, Jesus gospel is universal one see also the parables of Jesus, his Message is for ALL who believe in Him and do his father's will, it is not just about Israel.

No, Paul’s ministry was to the Gentile-Christians.
No salvation in the Old Testament.
He is testifying that salvation was through Yeshua.

Peter was talking about Acts 10
Yes he was chosen for the Gentiles to hear him
But what did he preach? Not what Paul preaches to Gentiles..............................[Act 10:43 KJV] 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
Peter preached salvation by believing only on his name (John 20:31)
These Gentiles became members in the believing remnant of Israel who will enter the earthly kingdom
No Doug, the proof if found in roma where peter preached and died, Rome IS NOT ISRAEL. there is a huge basilica having his name becaise it was build where he was buried;

Yes but it still remains that before he rose they didnt understand his death and resurrection and therefore couldnt preach them for salvation as Paul does
you are confused and need a timeline to understand this properly;

Here is a timeline that clearly shows when Peter and the 11 apostles received their understanding of Scripture and the Holy Spirit compared to Paul, based solely on the New King James Version (NKJV) and the words of Jesus and His chosen apostles (not Paul).
This is to correct the false idea that Paul received the Holy Spirit and understood the gospel before Peter or the other eleven, which is contrary to the biblical record.

Before Jesus’ Resurrection:
  • Jesus teaches the 12 apostles privately for years.
(Matthew 13:11)“It has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.”
Jesus revealed His teachings to His chosen disciples long before Paul appears.
  • Peter is given revelation directly from the Father.
(Matthew 16:17)“Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.”
  • The apostles are sent to preach the gospel before Jesus dies.
(Matthew 10:5–8) – Jesus sends the twelve to preach, heal, and cast out demons. They were already empowered by Him, years before Pentecost or Paul’s conversion.

After the Resurrection:
  • Jesus opens the Scriptures to the 11 and gives them understanding.
(Luke 24:45)“And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.”
  • Jesus breathes the Holy Spirit on them before Pentecost.
(John 20:22)“And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’”
This was a real spiritual moment of anointing before Acts 2, showing the 11 were already receiving the Spirit from Christ Himself.

Pentecost (Acts 2):
  • The 11 are filled with the Holy Spirit publicly.
(Acts 2:1–4) – The Holy Spirit descends on them with power and signs.
Peter preaches the first gospel sermon to the crowd in Jerusalem, explaining Jesus’ death, resurrection, and fulfillment of prophecy from Joel and David.
(Acts 2:14–36) – Peter declares Jesus as both Lord and Christ.
  • 3,000 souls are saved under Peter’s preaching.
(Acts 2:41) – The gospel is bearing fruit, through Peter, by the Spirit.

Peter’s Growing Understanding:
  • Peter leads the early church boldly.
(Acts 3–5) – He performs miracles, teaches the resurrection, and withstands persecution.
  • Peter receives a divine vision confirming Gentiles can be saved.
(Acts 10:9–16) – God gives Peter a vision of clean and unclean animals, preparing him to bring the gospel to Cornelius, a Gentile.
  • The Holy Spirit falls on Gentiles under Peter’s ministry.
(Acts 10:44–48) – While Peter is speaking, the Holy Spirit falls on Cornelius’ household, confirming Peter’s full understanding of God’s plan to include Gentiles.
  • Peter explains this to the other apostles and the church.
(Acts 11:15–18) – Peter says, “The Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning.”
He makes it clear that he saw the Gentiles receive the same Spirit he and the others received in Acts 2.

Timeline of Paul’s Calling and Later Understanding

  • Paul is not a believer during Jesus’ ministry.
(Acts 7:58–8:3) – Paul (then called Saul) persecutes the early church. He is present at Stephen’s stoning.
  • Paul is converted on the road to Damascus.
(Acts 9:3–6) – He is struck by a vision of Jesus but is blinded. He is not yet filled with the Spirit.
  • Ananias lays hands on Paul and he receives the Holy Spirit.
(Acts 9:17–18) – Days later, Paul is baptized and receives the Holy Spirit through a disciple—not directly from Jesus in a public way like the 11.
  • Paul preaches in Damascus but is not yet recognized as a leader.
(Acts 9:20–26) – The disciples are afraid of him and doubt his conversion.
  • Paul goes away into Arabia for an unknown period.
(Galatians 1:17) – He does not consult with the apostles for several years.
  • Paul visits Peter years later.
(Galatians 1:18–19)“Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and remained with him fifteen days.”
  • Paul only becomes accepted slowly.
(Acts 9:27) – Barnabas has to convince the apostles that Paul is truly a disciple.
Peter and the 11 apostles were taught directly by Jesus, received the Holy Spirit before Paul, preached the gospel with power at Pentecost, and brought the message to both Jews and Gentiles long before Paul began his ministry. Jesus gave them understanding of the Scriptures Himself and breathed the Spirit upon them before Paul was even converted. Paul came later, was not part of Jesus’ ministry, and was not present at Pentecost. He received the Spirit through Ananias, a disciple—not through Jesus in person. Therefore, the idea that Paul understood the gospel or received the Spirit before Peter or the others is completely false and without scriptural support.

The foundation of the Church was built on Jesus Christ and the twelve apostles, with Peter clearly appointed as a key shepherd (John 21:15–17), not Paul. Jesus Himself never gave Paul authority over the twelve. The original apostles were first in both time and authority.

As a theologian I deal with what is actually presented in the scriptures. Some things have to remain unclear if the scriptures are unclear.

Speculation is not harmful if you take it for what it is worth….not solid belief.

Did Yeshua go to Sheol to preach salvation to those there during the 39 hours He was "dead"? Not impossible. It would leave the Jews and all those in the Old Testament a second chance? But this is not defined in the scriptures.
Jesus did preach to them, but not for their salvation. That would not be fair to all the wicked that came after them.

Like I said it is speculation.
Then on the other hand some of those in Sheol did not have an opportunity to chose Christ.

Necropolis where it is tough St-Peter was entombed.
Peter had died exposing the vatican and RCC for what it is and what it does .
Never again , without a warning , let this be done .
WE in no way can even make it seem likes its even close to being okay to merge with that .
Peter had rebuked it
so would have ever last apostel of Christ . And so too will the sheep today .
No bed making with a harlot . Lets stay focused on CHRIST and biblical doctrine .
Be encouaged my friend . But i see a photo of anything connected to that place
And its my duty to expose that place , For the sakes of anything breathing air .

Abraham and Noah had Salvaiton........just to name 2, in the OT

IN fact Paul teaches that "Abraham is the father of our Faith".

You won't be able to name many. Still....no process for salvation.

And HE BELIEVED GOD
and HE counted it as righteousness unto him .
that is what FAITH IS ALL ABOUT . do we BELEIVE GOD .
if we did we would have BELEIVED HIS TESTIMONY OF CHRIST JESUS the HOLY GLORIFIED SON .
Do be encouraged but i have work to do in these last hours .
As does anyone and everyone who calleth upon the GLORIOUS NAME OF CHRIST JESUS .
Let none make their bed with a HARLOT .

You said John preached the Kingdom of God. And never preached the cross or resurrection.

This is not true.

How do we know this?
Because John was at the cross when Jesus was crucified.

John couldn't preach the kingdom of God without teaching the cross and the resurrection.
We were talking about John the Baptist
You started out saying John said Jesus was the lamb of God.......that's John the baptist
