No. First, it's not a crime at all to be in the U.S. illegally. Many came here legally and just overstayed or misrepresented their visit. Melania Trump, for example. Second, it's a misdemeanor, not a a felony to enter illegally. The vast majority of illegal aliens are less criminal than President Trump.

As you just learned, illegal aliens are less likely to commit crimes than are native-born Americans. That's why El Paso, Tx, with the highest rate of illegal aliens, is safer than most American cities.
