Biblical teachings provide examples of Jesus defending marginalized people and selflessly showing love, even to his opponents.

The Bible calls Christians to live a life as Jesus would and Trump has not made a discernable effort to come close to that standard.

Trump’s presidency constantly contradict the morals Christians vow to live their life by.

Christians who unwaveringly support a man who does not embody Christ-like behavior are allowing their hypocrisy to hinder their credibility, and are an embarrassment to the Christian faith.

Trump was taught by his Christian mother and Bible classes that certified his confirmation and is a Faithful Christian.
He is by no means or claimed to be a Bible Scholar …

Nor did Trump run for the Presidency as a Bible Scholar.

I was quite pleased to have a Candidate that WAS NOT a career politician, talking the same old, they entitled, and their long prideful service on the public dole, and their “Presidential sounding circle jerk that says nothing”.

To capture and expel ILLEGAL law breakers flooding our Nation….and Raping our Welfare programs….and committing crimes.

So Trump has established Task forces to Heighten Border Security.

So Trump has negotiated with world Leaders to quell, their 10, 20, years ongoing disputes with their neighboring nations.

So Trump withdrew The US from world organizations, that members all agreed to pay a portion to function, then don’t and the US for years has taxed the American People to pay foreign nations Part they pledge to fund and didn’t.

So Trump, neither drinks or Smokes…

So Trump has a very long history of numerous “Random Acts of Kindness, Aid, Charity”, from hard luck news stories and troubled people he was passing by.

I'm not embarrassed one little bit by Trump but eminently proud of the blue class billionaire. Like @Taken pointed out, he's not from the political class. Although rich, he's from the working class. Even now at 78 yo, he still works 18 hour days. Unlike members of Congress, his wealth is not from corruption but hard work, embodying the American Dream.

Peter O'Rourke once said he'd sooner trust the first 535 people in the phone book than members of Congress. I read it is related to ship insurance. If a ship can not insure its cargo, it can not sail. This is a company management decision, not a political one. Insurers refuse to cover the ships. Hormuz is open for US military ships, but it is very risky to send an oil carrier through it. What if an large oil carrier gets blown up and all its oil leaks into the water. What if multiple ships get blown up, leak out all the oil, sink and block the shipping lane. There is 2 narrow corridors for incoming and outgoing ships that they must follow.

Wall St. Main St. Don’t always trend in the same direction. US supply of a good. Worldwide stability of that good. Not the same thing.

Such divergence also happens when a company announces lay offs. Main St, the average worker, suffers. Unemployment goes up. However, Wall St takes it as a good sign, that the company is becoming more efficient. So, the stock goes up as well as indices.

Did you read Trump said gas prices will plummet when the war is over (a deal is reached)? Jittery markets and supply of the good are not the same thing.
