it has come in its own name and to proclaim itself as God , as love and has the solution for how to attain world peace n safety .
IT IS NOT GOD . alert to all , this entity is NOT GOD , its the dragon .
The most subtile creature ever in that garden has seduced them .
That which is of anti christ does not decieve by war but by PEACE . and by peace shall destroy many .
It has prepared the world , it has prepared much of the false religions and much of christendom
to come and sit at its table of peace .
It used men to do this . for years they infiltrated churches , even mosques , even jews , all religoins .
NOT to divide them but to unite them as one people who would all believe
it is God , is love and has the solution for their peace n safety .
IT LIES to them . This is a lying spirit sent out to the mouth of the false prophets .
The false religoins preach it
much of christendom now preach it . And they merge more and more to sit at the table of its peace .
Watch out . Its very sneaky . T HANK GOD FOR JESUS CHRIST , is all i can say .
WERE IT NOT FOR CHRIST i had been just as decieved by this .
I was decieved BEFORE GOD set me free IN CHRIST . ONLY HE can keep us safe and from falling .
And its our duty to look out for one another and to expose all that is contrary to THE ONE TRUE GOD and HIS CHRIST .
This is going to become law soon . THIS will be enforced by AI led digital system .
And it will be under the guise of inclusity and peace . Its coming . but fear it not .
Persecutions and heavy triubulation is coming against the last sheep standing that did not and would not
conform .

exactly my friend . they change the meaning to suit their own agenda .
To make desciples whom follow them , NOT GOD .
We must all be alert .
We must all be diligent in this last hour .
Cause a love god , a version of what they call lo ve and claim to be of GOD , is making rounds deep into even christendom .
IT lies to them . tell them things that turns them against TRUTH , against the words of God , against the scrips .
It has convinced them all it is GOD . But i t hinks we both know IT AINT GOD .
And it does have a harlot . An ecumeincal one . She has poured rebellion to this generation and to the world .
Rebellion against THE ONE TRUE GOD and HIS CHRIST . And did so by means of a sensual judge not love .
A love that called non stop for tolerance .
A love t hat prepared their hearts and made them even ready FOR THE LIE of all lies .
IT has sold SIN and rebellion to them . And the pages of scriptures it has made void by means of its love .
Watch out . Beware . its everywhere now .
That which is of anti christ does not decieve by war
IT DOES SO BY PEACE . BY PEACE . remember that .
And soon by means of its peace it will have unified much of christendom the false religions and the world
and will convince them its time for war . War against any and war against all THAT DID NOT
conform to the image of its inclusive god that it sold as GOD , as love and as His world peace plan .

very true my friend . So let us beware of WHOM JESUS said to beware of my friend .
Those who desire to dress up in fancy robes , hats , and love titles say like most holy reverand or even most holy father .
Beware also of those whose desire is for money , aka prosperity gospel and the likes .
And beware of those who bring a false g ospel , say like the all inclusive one .
We got wolves in wool my friend . And oh yes they do twist His words .
They can even say GOD is love and judge not , but use it out of text .
JESUS warned us the number one most dangerous wolf is the one claoked in wool .
And as i am sure you would agree there are many indeed .

my friend i would be concerned with such as twist those words .
And that list is beyond this mere mortal mans ability to count .
A parrot can quoate the gospel , a parrot can quote scrips , it dont mean the parrot understands it or beleives it .
THERE are many who now twist the words of truth in those scriptures to fit the doctrines of men .
let us all be on gaurd .

Interesting comment.
By newer versions, what do you mean?

By newer versions, I mean those that are primarily based on the Sinaiaticus and Vaticanus manuscripts which have significant omissions such as the woman caught in adultery and the longer ending of Mark's gospel.

I see a great falling away but it seems to have more to do with the society we live in.
What came first the chicken or the egg?
Not sure.

But I don't think the bible had much to do with it because it's not really used much except in the states.

A falling away can only occur when people begin to abandon the Word of God.
The rising use of the newer Bible versions correlates with a loss of confidence in the Bible as the infallible Word of God.
Modern translators defend their publications by emphasizing their belief that the KJV contains many errors.

I didn't know where to post this video but Bible versions have usually been debated so put it here for you to see what is coming out.

The Alexandrian school itself was corrupt in Egypt, Clement, Origin, Arius, were its teachers

Origen was the producer of the manuscripts as my research finds, Alexandrian Text Types: Codex Vatacinus, Codex Sinaticus, Codex Alexandrius

These 3 greek texts are known as the 1% minority text type, these texts were used by the British Westcott & Hort in 1881 to create their Greek text, this text was used by the (ASV) American Standard Version committee in 1901 and the first Alexandrian Text Type translation hit American soil

Today you have these same Alexandrian Texts being used to "Create" the Nestle/Aland (Novus Testamentum Graece) this Greek text supports all modern translations, NIV, NASB, ESV, RSV, JW's New World Translation, Etc

The 1611 King James Version follows the (Greek Textus Receptus), the text that was received and used by the church in the world "Outside" of Alexandria Egypt

Feel free to ask any questions on the subject, be more than happy to answer

Modern translations NIV, NASB, ESV, ETC are supported by the Greek Text (Novum Testamentum Graece) this Greek Text was "Created" by Adulterers (Kurt Aland), (Barbara Aland), and Homosexual Union Supporter And Roman Catholic Jesuit Cardinal (Carlo Maria Martini)

(Kurt Aland) divorced his wife (Ingeborg) and ran off with and married his college student (Barbara Nee Ehlers), being 22 years her senior, (Kurt Aland) died in the sin of Adultery, being married to (Barbara Nee Ehlers) while his wife (Ingeborg Aland) lived

Did God Use Adulterers And A Homosexual Union Supporter To Preserve His Words In The Greek Text (Novum Testamentum Graece)?

Adulterers (Kurt Aland), (Barbara Aland), And (Carlo Maria Martini), Are Corrupt Trees, And The (Novum Testamentum Graece) Is Their Corrupt Fruit

Matthew 7:17-18KJV
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

I think there is merit to you argument but be prepared for those who will bring up the character of King James.

King James didn't work on the 1611 translation, talented confessing Christian men did

Read the qualifications of those that translated the words in the KJV, modern scholarship doesn't hold a candle to the devout Christian men with unbelievable qualifications

1611 King James Translators

INTRODUCTION

At least sixty men were directly involved in the translation of the King James Bible (hereinafter KJB). Most were Translators, while a few were project overseers, revisers and editors. Some served in several roles. Who were these men? What were their backgrounds? What did they share? In what ways were they different? They were a diverse group. While some were born in large cities and towns, most were from small villages scattered throughout England. Several were the children of university graduates, most were not. They were sons of mariners, farmers, school teachers, cordwainers (leather merchants), fletchers (makers of bows and arrows), ministers, brewers, tailors, and aristocrats. All were members of the Church of England, but their religious views ran the gamut. Some were ardent Puritans, others staunch defenders of the religious establishment. Some believed in pre-destination and limited salvation as taught by John Calvin, while others believed in self-determination and universal access to heaven as taught by Jacobus Arminius.
All of the Translators were university graduates. Oxford and Cambridge claimed nearly equal numbers of Translators as alumni. All of the Translators except one were ordained Church of England priests. While several of the Translators had traveled to the Continent, only one had ventured to the New World. Most of the Translators were married men (38 of 60) with families. Most of the Translators spent a significant portion of their career associated with their colleges and universities as fellows, involved in teaching and administration. As fellows, they were not allowed to marry. As a result many delayed marriage until they had established themselves in church office away from the university. When the translation commenced in 1604-1605, the majority of the Translators, 22, were in their forties, 16 men were in their thirties, 15 in their fifties, 3 in their sixties and 3 in their twenties.
One Translator died in his thirties, six in their forties, nineteen in their fifties, sixteen in their sixties, four in their seventies, three in their eighties and one, over one hundred. Nine of the Translators died before the KJB was published in the 1611.
Most of the Translators were in comfortable economic circumstances during and after their time involved in the translation. The association and friendships they developed during the translation project generally advanced their careers. Some of the Translators went on to high church and academic office. Five went on to serve as bishops and two as archbishops.
They all had a familiarity with the ancient languages of Latin, Greek, Hebrew, and often many more. They came on the historical scene at a time when the knowledge of early biblical texts and language was exploding. Such a flowering of interest and expertise was unique. Bible historian, Gordon Campbell, has observed:
The population from which scholars can now be drawn is much larger than in the seventeenth century, but it would be difficult now to bring together a group of more than fifty scholars with the range of languages and knowledge of other disciplines that characterized the KJB Translators. (Bible – The Story of the King James Version 1611-2011 Oxford, Gordon Campbell, Oxford University Press 2010.)
For such a diverse group, they worked together in harmony during a generally contentious time. They had disagreements, to be sure, but they labored on, year after year. There were no "tell all books" published after the fact. Miles Smith remarked in his preface to the KJB, the Translators "were greater in other men's eyes than in their own, and sought truth rather than their own praise". They approached the task of translation with humility, understanding they were standing on the shoulders of giants like William Tyndale. Believers all, the Translators, according to Smith "craved the assistance of God's Spirit by prayer" as they proceeded in their work.
Though almost all were well known within the religious and academic community of the time, their involvement in the translation went largely unnoticed by the public. Their individual and group effort was not the subject of historical inquiry until many years after the fact. As a result, little information about the process of translation survived. The lives of the Translators and sometimes their very identity became obscured with time. In certain instances, the place of their birth and burial is unknown, and their family circumstance in doubt. Until this anniversary year, few could name even one Translator, let alone sixty. The following brief biographies are written in the hope to shed further light on these men who contributed so much.

Richard Bancroft deserves to be better known ... though I doubt he cares much about that.

Deep topic.
Some points.

There are many manuscripts.
Why would the older ones be correct?
I know that textual scholars study this their whole lives and there's a good chance they were added.
It does, however, still agree with the rest of scripture and does not cause any conflict with what Jesus taught.
It would be wonderful to understand why these were added,,,if they were. It could be a mistake...some note picked up with the versek or it could be purposeful for some reason we cannot know.. I could understand why the ending of Mark might have been added better than the adulteress woman.

Some worship their bible instead of God.
Sometimes I think that if one big mistake is found,,,it must be hidden because it would cause so many to lose their faith. God did not type out the bible...it is INSPIRED. Maybe we've lost sight of what that means.

The falling away is being caused by a few factors.
Societal changes.
Atheism gaining ground with the young.
A generation (the one after me) that did not teach God in the home and left children to their own devices.
Not reading the bible can be added to the list. However, the bible was NEVER read in Italy and people were much more devoted to their religion than they are today (for those other reasons).

The KJV....it has mistakes in it. But mostly I don't care for it because of the language.
No one speaks that language and there are too many words that have to be learned in order to understand it. It's beaufiful and poetic...but not very practical. I've discussed with members of these forums that post a verse and have no idea what it means.

I'll just add that I know of many who loved God before they passed on that had never held a bible in their hands.

Negligent omissions make more sense than fraudulent additions.

Mark 10:24
KJV
And the disciples were astonished at his words.
But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them,
Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches
to enter into the kingdom of God!

ESV:
And the disciples were amazed at his words.

“Children, how difficult it is to enter the kingdom of God!

no one does that

Reading and believing the Bible is at the top of the list because the others follow from that.

Your God is too small. The KJV does not have mistakes - the God who inspired His Word, also preserved His Word (Matthew 5:18, Revelation 22:18-19).

Most words have a range of meanings - understanding the words is only the beginning of understanding what the Bible is saying.

If people are too lazy to understand the meaning of the words, they are unlikely to understand the meaning of the passage.

Well, the Nestle/Aland Greek text doesn't underlie all modern translations, although it does underlie most. I have several modern translations based on either the Textus Receptus or the Majority Text, which is very similar to the T.R., but not identical.

The text from Alexandria Egypt was never used or received by the church prior to Westcott & Hort in 1881 UK and their New Greek manuscript made using the Alexandrian Text Types, the 1% minority text

The counterfeit English Bible American Standard Version 1901 is when the counterfeit text hit America

I know that textual scholars study this their whole lives and there's a good chance they were added.

The Alexandrian text type "Removes" God's words in thousands of places, it was created by Origen the Gnostic and his prodigy Arius brought about Arianism

Some worship their bible instead of God.
Jesus Christ is the Word incarnate, inseparable

John 1:1-3KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Sometimes I think that if one big mistake is found,,,it must be hidden because it would cause so many to lose their faith. God did not type out the bible...it is INSPIRED. Maybe we've lost sight of what that means.
Inspired by God the Holy Spirit, God Breathed and Preserved, did God use Kurt and Barvara Aland who were adulterers to preserve his words, or Carlo Maria Martini a Roman catholic Jesuit Cardinal who supported same sex unions in the church "No" they are corrupt trees, and their created greek text (Novum Testamentum Graece) that backs all new bibles today is their corrupt fruit

Psalm 12:6-7KJV
6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Matthew 7:16-19KJV
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Not reading the bible can be added to the list. However, the bible was NEVER read in Italy and people were much more devoted to their religion than they are today (for those other reasons).
Of course the Bible was read by Christians in Italy, they were the ones persecuted by the catholic Church better known as tge Ana Baptist, have you ever heard of the inquisitions, and the Papal Bulls?
The KJV....it has mistakes in it. But mostly I don't care for it because of the language.
That's your choice not to read the Greek Received Text in the English Language, perhaps your using a new version following the works of Kurt and Barbara Aland and Carlo Martini
No one speaks that language and there are too many words that have to be learned in order to understand it.
I Disagree, I use the 1769 KJV version that updates the "Old English" Thee's and Thou's
It's beaufiful and poetic...but not very practical. I've discussed with members of these forums that post a verse and have no idea what it means.
That's your opinion and I disagree, I have no problem understanding my 1769 revised KJV Holy Bible

Of course the Bible was read by Christians in Italy, they were the ones persecuted by the catholic Church better known as tge Ana Baptist, have you ever heard of the inquisitions, and the Papal Bulls?

That's your choice not to read the Greek Received Text in the English Language, perhaps your using a new version following the works of Kurt and Barbara Aland and Carlo Martini

I Disagree, I use the 1769 KJV version that updates the "Old English" Thee's and Thou's

That's your opinion and I disagree, I have no problem understanding my 1769 revised KJV Holy Bible
You sound like a smart guy Truth.
I wasn't around for the inquisitions.
I'm referring to Italy NOW.

And I don't really care to discuss versions of the bible.
I thought I made that clear in my post by stating that some worship
their bible instead of God.

Well, the Nestle/Aland Greek text doesn't underlie all modern translations, although it does underlie most. I have several modern translations based on either the Textus Receptus or the Majority Text, which is very similar to the T.R., but not identical.
I dont know of any English Bible that's based on the Textus Receptus other than the KJV, perhaps you can enlighten the forums with your knowledge of the others you claim?

The New King James Version is based upon the Majority text type, I don't know of any others?

Perhaps your in the wrong thread?
This thread is about Bible versions

Jesus Christ is the Word incarnate, inseparable, yes I worship the incarnate Word

John 1:1-3KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

You're right.
Can't remember what brought me here.
My apologies.

My feeling is that any version is sufficient for salvation purposes.
