We have no idea of the intensity or the duration of the debates and politicking

(polemo... usually means war, throughout the hostilities as opposed to just one random battle, but it's difficult to imagine all out physical combat without some very intensive discussions between the two sides leaving many unconvinced either way and open to persuasion before what is referenced in Rev.12:7. A surprise attack against the Throne would be impossible, so some secret politicking had to be varied or on Lucifer part well before any item challenges being made surely?)...
that must have dominated heaven prior to Lucifer's success in drawing a third of the angels to his side. Look at this from God's perspective. Here He was, faced with an insurrection. Much doubt perhaps still lingered among even the loyal angels, wondering about God's reaction. Will He simply destroy Lucifer and put down the insurrection on the spot? Surely He had the power and the authority! And there have been churches throughout history that believe that was in God's heart and have themselves done that very thing to their enemies. But Jesus said love your enemies. Jesus rebuked the disciples for wanting to rain fire down from heaven to destroy a village of Samaritans. "You don't know of what spirit you are" He said. They were demonstrating the spirit of Satan, who had demonstrated that himself throughout history. So why did God not destroy him and save the world a lot of trouble? Because that would not have settled the controversy. That would have affirmed Lucifers charges against God's government. The loyal angels would have continued to serve God, but or of fear rather than love. So God had to give Lucifer am opportunity to prove his accusations were justified, and if not, God's character is vindicated. All was answered at Calvary. All doubts were squashed. Satan was pertinent a murderer and liar, and God proven to be love.
Sadly, not all of us are yet fully persuaded. Just hear the accusations against God on this thread and others. Read how atheists abuse God on forums dealing with this topic elsewhere where they are given more license. Before Jesus comes however, God will have a people living in a manner that utterly repudiates Satan's accusations regarding God's laws, His mercy, and grace.
I don't hear accusation toward God on this thread.
I hear some that do not believe God exists.

We cannot make accusations against a being that is not believed to exist.

As to your reasoning up above...
you have not solved the problem of theodicy and you will not be able to.

Here is the scientific view:

Scientific views on near-death experiences (NDEs) span neurological, physiological, and psychological explanations, alongside ongoing debates about how consciousness functions

How consciousness functions??
Science doesn't even know what conscience is.

Does science know what gravity is?
Negative on that too.

Science and faith are not opposed to each other.
God created the rules by which science funtions.

Math was not invented.
It was discovered.

Electriciy was not invented.
It was discovered.

It's all very interesting.
near the threshold of death.

Physiological and Neurological Explanations

Most mainstream scientists and neuroscientists view NDEs as products of a stressed, oxygen-deprived, or dying brain rather than evidence of an independent soul or afterlife.

Cerebral Hypoxia and Anoxia: Reduced blood flow, oxygen deprivation and carbon dioxide buildup in the brain can trigger abnormal firing in the visual cortex, causing tunnel vision or the sensation of a bright light.

Neurotransmitter Surges: Extreme physiological stress can cause massive releases of endorphins (producing feelings of peace or euphoria) and hyperactivation of serotonin or glutamate receptors.

Gamma Wave Activity: Recent studies—such as research on dying patients monitored after life support withdrawal—have recorded unexpected surges of high-frequency gamma-band electrical synchronisation in brain regions linked to consciousness and memory. This suggests the brain may remain temporarily hyper-organized or active during acute crisis.
Different explanations will be accepted for different belief systems.
Neurotransmitter Surges will work well as an explanation for atheists.
Too bad they don't get released for every person that is dying.

Christians might have their own version of these surges.
Guess we'll have to wait to get there to know who is right.

I'm not a big fan of Islam, Western Europe is sleepwalking into an Islamic majority, it's going to take time but it's coming.
Thankfully I won't be around to see it.
Oh.
You like Christianity better than Islam?

Richard Dawkins agrees with you.

You don't understand my atheism. I simply have a lack of belief in the mainstream versions of God. I definitely haven't ruled out that a God exists or existed at some point, I just haven't enough evidence to back up my thoughts on that.
As I've said before, a God who wants a personal relationship with me should be able to convince me with facts, I shouldn't need faith at all.
Someone in another post, pointed out that we haven't yet found life existing anywhere else other than on this planet, and that somehow makes us special, maybe the conditions for life to exist happened by chance, maybe they were created? Looking at the evidence on how long it took mankind to emerge, I have the opinion that we are not particularly special, we are just getting a chance to survive like every other species that's lived and died.

Okay, understood. What I can say is that it is not unlikely I (with my critical evidence demanding brain) would have been on your side here in this debate if the God Himself had not interfered in my miserable life in a most convincing and instant life chancing way.

I know that's not a convincing argument for you but I think you still owe me an answer :Broadly: on my question to find 3 idiots / nutcases in history who died for the same lie while knowing it is a lie.

Okay, I will make it easier for you, find just 2 idiots. sml

It tells me the 11 martyred apostles spoke the truth when they preached the risen Christ, not because they believed (as we Christians do), the difference is that the 11 apostles HAD SEEN the risen Christ and they did not stopped talking about the risen Christ and paid the highest price, a cruel death.

That insight was very important for my logical brain. If Jesus was risen from the death, then all what He said is just true. I had chosen the right religion.

You are relying on fallible humans for your evidence.
A supreme being, capable of manufacturing a universe from nothing, just speaking things into existence would not (in my opinion) trust humanity to convey his message/wishes accurately.
You are relying on scripture as evidence, we know that scripture has been copied, translated and edited and is unreliable.
We know that people are willing to die for their religion, I've named Islamic martyrs who died believing that Jesus wasn't the son of God.

This is something you will have to discover for yourself.
However, it's a rather silly question.

Do you believe there is an infinite number of regressive causes or do you believe there is al first cause or first mover?
No point in speculation. Could be either or.

Have you tried speaking to an ant lately?

Some Christians should practice what they preach, I'm sure Jesus would be bitterly disappointed with some of his followers.
How will atheists survive in the brave new world without the morals taught by God to guide them?

Do you know how long a civilization will continue to be civilized without the moral law of God?

2 or 3 generations.

Then it's either anarchy or totalitarianism.

Please explain HOW it could be either or.
Thanks.
Because the first mover and it's creation may no longer exist.... Replaced by a first mover who along with it's creation no longer exists.. Replaced by......
You get the idea.

How long are you willing to regress?
At some point you must stop.
At some point you will encounter the first mover.

Prove it?
This is simple philosophy.

Look at any society that does not adhere to God's rules.
Do you like it?

Nazi Germany is recent.

All one needs to do is read some books, watch some movies,
study some history.

You are allowed to believe that society will continue as is even without the Law of God.
But you wil be wrong.

Do you like our societ today?
It is losing its Christian value system.
And it will get worse.

Ok let's stop. First mover creates everything and that version of everything no longer exists along with the first mover.... Replaced by a new first mover who created everything, that version of everything no longer exists along with the second first mover.....
