It is unconstitutional to claim victory before the count is finished or close to the end, which is just a childrens understanding of how ballots work, yet Trump appears not to understand this.

Neither does Pelosi. (And if the numbers are not difficult to check then what is stopping you from checking them instead of going with your claims that this election is not rigged?)

That wasn't his decision to make. He suggested the 'Second Amendment' people could act against her if she was elected and not him. He hinted that his supporters, who owned guns, could assassinate Hillary Clinton to prevent her from becoming the President if she had been elected.
