What did Jesus die to save us from?

    He isn't a '2 faced human'.

Agreed - it was you that suggested the latter.

What did Jesus die to save us from?

A Great Multitude from Every Nation 9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and...

What did Jesus die to save us from?

You seem to insist that a 'both and' is an 'either or' Paul speaks about both the kindness and severity of God. His ways are past finding out and cannot be subject to the rational mind.

What did Jesus die to save us from?

One doesn't reverence friends as one reverences God. As Paul says God is both Kind and Severe. To understand how these two co-habit seems to be the problem you struggle with.

What did Jesus die to save us from?

Wrong - God is Holy and His Word stands - we bow down. All His ways are Justice and Truth.

What did Jesus die to save us from?

Mmmm... Paul scolded those who asked that question. Questioning God's perogative to choose one over another is out of bounds... However in the scheme of things are you expecting Satan to be forgiven along with all those aligned with his abominous ways?

What did Jesus die to save us from?

The Elect Children of God... yes for sure.

You have friends in the honour role of saints... C.S. Lewis was a universalist. His theological mentor was George MacDonald. I am sure both are of the Elect. Just as well the justification is by faith and not the musings of the mind.

Bibliolatry: Worship/knowledge of the book MORE than the author

Born again or Not? What is the end result?

Born of Water and of the Spirit... Natural birth - the waters break and are lost. Supernatural birth (being born again) - the living water of the Spirit fills and remains Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him...

The Character of God - Reader Poll

Ephesians 4:26 Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, This implies that anger can be righteous. Of note is that the false 'woke' god is never angry, so parents in our country are forbidden to smack their children.
