Please provide your interpretation of verses 2:40 - 45. Please identify the actors and events in these verses not just a general comment on what you think it means. God is very specific within these verses and they reflect the 4th kingdom .... and most of this is just after the cross.

That is right out of the SDA playbook. They have interpreted so much right of Daniel but beginning in Chapter 7 they continue to try and match up the prophecies with our history books. Both the 10 horns and the little horn come out of the 4th beast BEFORE the demise of pagan Rome in 476AD (7:11).
