If sacrificing and grain offerings is metaphorical, then how do we know that Isaiah 53 is literal?

Maybe it’s a metaphor like a lots of the book of Isaiah is when he says about sacrificing and offering grain. Or like you said, maybe it already happened. It’s a tough one to work out. Love and Thanks
