Just quick: ask God to give you a sign that you are saved? (He will!)

Hi there, So just real quick, I do not want to spend a whole lot of time. I asked God, I said "You are a God of great signs - how will I know that I have fulfilled Your calling of me to be a believer?" He said "I will give you the sign of Ezekiel". Remember that Jesus said "the only sign you...

The second coming of Christ - comes to those who suffer, before it comes to those who merely wait

Hi there, So this is not meant to be divisive, but is based entirely on an extrapolation of scripture: "when you did it to the least of these, you did it to me" (verse from memory, the Gospels). This verse is saying that when Christ has ruled, He will establish that He has done it in power -...

Babies in the womb are not just lumps of flesh, their experience of reality is "hyper-real" - realer than the adults that carry them!

Hi there! Let's face it, adults are on their way out! If it wasn't for children, we would get nothing done. But I digress, what I want to talk about here is the value of the experience of a baby. There is some confusion about the significance of a baby and like self-righteous people...

When we add our faith, to the Lord's faith, we don't just get the same faith, we get so *much* more!

Hi there! I like to think of Paul's faith in the Letters to the Churches, as reflective of the growing faith the Churches have in the Lord. It is not that we come to faith and hold fast to the Lord, and that is all; rather, we come to faith and a bond is formed between His faith and ours. This...

Are we living in the end times?

People who believe in the end times, have a better chance of being ready to serve God in eternity - than people who believe the end doesn't require commitment at all. Even if you are not in the end times, you can still pray for people who will be.

This is the difference: believers ask for their soul to be resurrected, non-believers ask for their sin to be resurrected (deciding?)

The important thing to remember, is that you can get tired of resurrecting your sin and you can look further ahead to the resurrecting of your soul - both things work out for the good, in the end: done that way!

    Redefines Everything

The thing (I think?) you need to remember, is that faith is a tapestry that the Holy Spirit weaves together. We don't really see our faith at work, until we see where it coincides with the Holy Spirit. It is coinciding with the Holy Spirit more, that we need, not personal strength to go it alone.

Do you like, dislike, or are neutral on Israel?

One thing I hate about Israel, is how many people think they know what Israel should be doing!

    Stay On The Click

"It's not wrong to stray from the click, as long as you return to the click" What a powerful message! I strayed from the faith, but I came back - I guess I came back to the click!

God has given me a gift - to know what people do and why - I just had to thank Him openly (here)!

Hi there, So I've been thinking about my relationship to the Holy Spirit, for some time and I have sort of had a revelation. The revelation is that God has given me a gift, based on strengths he has developed me. Those strengths are that I "resonate" (like empathy but more general) and have...

How do you contain your ego and self-pride and be humble?

There is a difference between "how humble it is" and "how it is humble". My apologies if I confused you, but you seem to have got the two mixed up. Everyone has a different ego, working out how your ego works, is not a sin.

How do you contain your ego and self-pride and be humble?

I'm not sure if this will help, but I stay humble by developing "abject egotism" where the ego is so against being 'engaged' (used) that it resists attempts to be used at all. I might be watching a sports match and I will think "I'm only barracking for the team that is heading east" (the teams...

Even at the end: Churches gonna be hot, churches gonna be cold - some will predict it, some not?

The thing is to develop a consistent prediction, based on scripture - knowing that Jesus gave the choice He did in Revelation, we have a foundation on which to base our predictions. The Dragon doesn't want you to know that the Lord will defend our choice, and that therefore the prediction is...

Have an addiction to McDonald's? You are like me!

It's gotten to the point that I deliberately eat food from competitor's restaurants, to try and dislodge my thinking, about you-know-who.

Linking a Man to an animal, is a sin - how much a slave to "linking with an animal" are Evolutionists (if sinning makes you a slave)?

This is evil. What's evil about it, is that you could be appreciating and nurturing humanity, but you aren't. You are saying humanity is a cheap, fickle thing, that God cared about by accident.
