Trying to get rid of a spirit spouse, but don't know how I'm supposed to fast.

I think the best treatise I've read concerning what's a devil or a demon or an unclean spirit, came from Derek Prince's book 'They shall Expel demons'. I do agree that the 'nature' or 'attribute' being seen e.g. lust, pride is a much used method in the deliverance ministry. But I also believe...

Trying to get rid of a spirit spouse, but don't know how I'm supposed to fast.

I personally do not believe spirits are either male or female, but as I said earlier, they have 'masculine' or 'feminine' natures/attributes. I know that the Pagan origins of Incubus/Incubi say the spirit told them it was the name of a "male spirit", but those pagans worshiped lying spirits who...

Trying to get rid of a spirit spouse, but don't know how I'm supposed to fast.

I felt like asking those questions for medical as well as spiritual reasons. I noticed @TLHKAJ mentioned hearing of a "spouse spirit". I had not. But I have heard of the Sucubus/Sucubi spirit she also mentioned. But I have also heard of a Incubus/Incubi spirit, which no one else has...

Are your "meds" psychotrophic? If yes, how long have you been on them? Your 'info' says you are female. Are the dreams hetero or homo sexual partners?

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Thank you, for your kind request. In 30+ years of multiple Christian forums, I have never started a thread. And in meditating upon your post since it appeared, I do not feel led to start now. I am still trying to decide if I am being told to "not start that which I 'will not' or 'can not'...

What does it mean to be "born again"?

    I agree with all you said. But wish to say something I never hear anyone say, concerning the first one called to be an apostle; HEB 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

What is the difference between the soul and the spirit?

EDIT EDIT bottom. I think you need more context to understand more fully what you just said. ~Life in the Spirit~ is the paragraph heading in many bibles for this verse's context., and that generalheading is key for unpacking that verse. KJV ROM 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation...

What is the difference between the soul and the spirit?

REV 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. As I said in your last post, this judgment was...

What is the difference between the soul and the spirit?

You have an Interlinear of the OT only? I haven't even heard of one of those. Do you have any NT Greek Interlinears? Do you also use something like Strong's Concordance for their Hebrew/Greek dictionary/lexicon in your studies? In post 56 when when I asked; "First question; What "earth and...

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Not quoted correctly above; in post 147 (first line) I said; "He wasn't BORN a sinner, ........he was CREATED ..... the first..Adam, the son of God. (Luke 3:38) and he was not a sinner." So are you then saying that Adam, the first SON OF GOD, who was created by God, was created with a...

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Hmm, a dog analogy? Let me try this; But we 'unlike a dog' have two minds. We have a "natural/soulish" "carnal mind" and a "spiritual mind". ROM 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be...

What does it mean to be "born again"?

The above is still correct. He wasn't born a sinner, he was created the first..Adam the son of God. (Luke 3:38) and he was not a sinner. Critically thinking, Adam wasn't even the first sinner of mankind....right? Eve was! Let's apply that truth to your "Rom 5" comment. But first let's see...

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Adam wasn't born a sinner. He became a sinner after he sinned. A baby isn't born a sinner. He is born with the fallen flesh nature of Adam. But he isn't a sinner until after the first sin. Being 'born again' wasn't even possible until after the cross, death AND resurrection of Jesus.

What is the difference between the soul and the spirit?

I truly had to laugh at your opening statement. Just exactly which ONE TRANSLATION of the bible, would you be referring to? Man has written 300 different bible translations in the last 1900 years. And 'the church' has been arguing about subjects like this ever since the apostles died and the...

What is the difference between the soul and the spirit?

'First' let me ask what translation/s do you study with? I am going to use the Young's Literal Translation, just because of its more 'literal' interpretation of the Greek. 'Second' I want to share a quote I had to laugh at the first time I ever heard it....decades ago. "The dumber Christians...
