What was the mark on Cain?

Well, that is what it would be, speculation. As one who uses the Literal Interpretation Method, I am not at liberty to answer questions the Bible doesn't ask. This is why one's Interpretive method determines one's position on theological issues. And this method of guessing what a text means is...

The Two Anointed Ones = The Two Witnesses

Strangely, there is no post #71. It goes from 70 to 72 (maybe the owners of this site took it down), so I was unable to respond to TribulationSigns post. When I was in Bible College back in the 1980's I was made aware that no parable contains an actual person's name. You would have to handle...

The Two Anointed Ones = The Two Witnesses

I will be glad to talk about that, but what particularly are you referring to?

The Two Anointed Ones = The Two Witnesses

That is what happens when you do not interpret the Original Text literally. Your symbolizing and allegory method will never allow you to be certain of the text, like the Gospels say, Jesus spoke as one having authority, not like the Scribes and Pharisees. For example, I take the Millennial Reign...

    Ethical question

I wouldn't say No. Halloween has no meaning in this life. It is not as bad as Christ visiting with the Scribes and Pharisees. as well as the harlots and sinners. Go to the wedding is my advice. Let her know that such trivial things as you listed above are irrelevant. She is not suppose to act...

WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

Would it be correct to say that "Animal sacrifices for sins are over..."

I abandoned or exchanged my faith

I don't have religious faith, but i do have biblical, evidentiary faith. What Mormons have is religious faith, Christianity has evidentiary faith. The Bible has many places it can demonstrate evidence that God has written evidentiary faith, for example, the main apologetic passage in our Bible...

I abandoned or exchanged my faith

Yes, I agree, Jesus instructed those to believe in the Father. He also told those listening to him what would happen if they believe in Jesus. The result of belief would be rivers of living water, a reference to the Holy Spirit.

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

The Jewish people were a unique group and were the sole recipients of the Mosaic Law. In a sense they were very much different than all other humanity. God dealt with them differently. This is one aspect of the elect group. But nobody had a better chance to be saved, than the whole population...

I abandoned or exchanged my faith

PS95 You said that you believed that I was answered. I don't recall that so if you still believe I was answered, do you remember how I was answered? I will be glad to answer a year later : p

I am equally dumfounded how people can attribute Jewish Dispensation passages in Joel chapters 2 to the mystery Church.

    Ready

It is my opinion that dreams will not be given by God in the Church dispensation. after the last Apostle died. The next time of signs, dreams, and wonder will be by God at the resumption of the Jewish dispensation. 2nd Thessalonians attribute these future signs to the demons. Based on Heb 2.1-4.

    for me

The following article is fictitious, it is made to be a fictitious story so don't take anything as doctrine... How to start a new religion. It is easy to do; all you need is a private revelation from God or an Angel. This religion is supported by faith, and faith alone. Many religions are...

When we add our faith, to the Lord's faith, we don't just get the same faith, we get so *much* more!

There is no two natures within Christ. He is not man and God. What is more true (the sentence that Paul wrote) is that Jesus Christ came in the LIKENESS of man. Jesus is not both man and God. He is the God-man. He is the Word of God that took on (human) flesh, but not a human nature. You can not...
