Jesus TOLD you that you must eat his body and drink his blood.
Jesus then SHOWED you HOW to eat his body and drink his blood at the Last Supper.
Paul then re-affirmed what Jesus TOLD you and SHOWED you: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
Some still don't believe Him OR Paul! :IDK:
