    Don't drink cow's milk ..

God is a Holy God. There is no hint of immorality with Him, and I don't believe a Christian can accept any other position.

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

I'm not so interested to debate, 'though I doubt I'd lose. However were we to do so, we'd have to define our terms first. For example, I don't consider marriages (even arranged marriages for money) to be slavery. I don't believe God would promote sexual slavery either, and given it was God who...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

A concubine is like a wife, but without the title and some of the benefits. The biblical reference is effectively to an arranged marriage (for the purpose of bearing children), not sex slavery. If you equate being a concubine with sex slavery, you likely aren't familiar with the human...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

    a) It's not marijuana that these mass shooters are on (or at least, causing the psychopathy) - it's serious prescription medication, and that definitely is harmful. b) All medicine is bad when abused, but cannabis is actually one of the least harmful for overuse. I'm not saying it's not harmful...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

Out of most common meats, I think pork is the one most susceptible to parasites and diseases, which is why I mentioned it. I think you are misquoting God with the reference to allowing fathers to sell daughters as sex-slaves. Are you referring to a particular passage? I know there were...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

I dunno. I still think God prohibited bacon for a reason, and I'm not convinced of any health benefits. Modern "science" gets a lot of things wrong.

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

My view is that oxen are mentioned everywhere in the bible. Oxen are male cattle - and male cattle have gotta come from somewhere, and the female cattle that produced them will also produce milk. Even some of the sacrifices required oxen, so it's doubtful that the Israelites didn't drink cow's...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

Yeah. I've heard of people who believed they were allergic to one food or another, but they go to a different country, and eat the food in its natural form, and they're suddenly not allergic. The allergy is usually to the poison in the food, not the food itself. The disclaimer to that is Genetic...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

We know for a fact God gave them a land flowing with milk and honey. Whether that milk was from a cow, a goat, or a woman, God would not have given them something bad. Seriously, I believe they drank cows' and goats' milk. Why ever would they not have? (Pretty sure honey only comes from bees, so...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

I agree with this 100%. I don't believe people are allergic to milk - I believe they are allergic to the chemicals in the milk, due to the poor conditions of the cow (and it's food), vaccines, and the processing of the milk. God would not have given His people something that was bad for them...

    Don't drink cow's milk ..

Why would God promise his people a land flowing with milk and honey, if milk or honey were bad? Or do you think the passage was referring to breast milk, rather than cow milk? Leviticus 20:24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a...

Circumcision and Baptism of the Spirit and Body

I think the point being made was that foreskin represents something, and probably its got something to do with gender, because females don't need it physically (but do need it spiritually). But when we (i.e. males!) get physically circumcised, we don't have to be concerned that the unclean skin...

Circumcision and Baptism of the Spirit and Body

This is interesting. Is there scriptural support for this, or not? I've often wondered why the foreskin was removed, and not something else. I thought it had to do with Adam bringing mankind into sin (rather than Eve), as it's not a part that females are born with (which makes sense for why it's...
