Happy Birthday!!

Feeling really grateful today. God's goodness is overwhelming. Today Im waiting for the night owls in the house to wake up. While I'm doing that, I've done my walk, some housework and made tomorrow's lunches while wrangling little ones.

God's blessing continues to embrace me. I am learning that I won't learn to be holy, acceptable, and perfect by pretending to be someone Im not before the Lord. He can see when Im not being real.

I won't give up on my weight loss goal no matter how slowly it happens. Thankfully, my appetite is a lot easier to manage. Im the only one left in the household left still carnivore/keto but Im doing a decent job of sticking to it. I have increased my exercise and my meals are moderate. Now...

I've stopped using shame and guilt to motivate myself to be a better homemaker and get in shape. It works better if I give myself credit for things done right and build on that.

Housework and started potty training my daughter. Made burgers for hubby and roommate and turkey BLT's for work lunches. It has not been as hot as the 4th of July was and for that Im grateful. A storm is coming. My 1 year old son has napped a long time. Im thankful everyone's doing well and our...

In other countries there are a lot of places where people walk everywhere. I would love that, honestly.

I'm happy.

Wondering what my next goal should be or if I should even have one. Is life about accomplishing things? The times I was happiest were always about connection and shared laughter. I think fostering this is my new "goal".

I used to go to church and believe OSAS. But reading Scripture for myself changed that. My husband and I have given up finding a church. We are operating as those who will have a home church if God wills. Welcome to the forum!

@Wrangler My husband also says that everyone is not equal in God’s eyes through his study of the Bible and life experience. He also says false equality has caused a lot of issues. I agree with him. I wonder if you could expound a little?
