Jeremiah was human like me when he was in his mother's womb when God sanctified and commissioned him; translating him from mortality to divine sonship
We elect mortals have not yet put on immortality, yet we possess divine sonship. What a tangled web.

We possess neither. The writer of John says we have taken a right TO BECOME (not to be) the sons of God. As for me, I've received.

I use choice words to be discrete. I've studied carefully. I'm not here to amuse you. Go away if you're here as a heckler or viper.

I engage people who think they have the last word on a given subject. Call me whatever you like. I'm not going away. There's an ignore function built into the board for your convenience. I'll still respond if I so choose and you won't be able to counter.

The Blood of Jesus is powerful enough to Justify them it was shed for Rom 5 9

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

It's in the story line, starting with their sewing fig leaves, proceeding to "the voice of Abel's blood," all the way through Revelation. It's learned, not explained.

Apparently I'm so idle that I've been working on this for your edification for a certain period of time:

Commentary on Romans.
Commentary is usually replete with error. I trust the Bible and I don't have time for anything extra. And that's exactly what it is, extra. Paul to Timothy: you don't need anyone to teach you. Writer of first John: you don't need anyone to teach you. Who is any mere man to dispute?

I wasn't really asking you to read my commentary; which would be for your benefit if you did read it.

I was actually refuting your accusatory statement that I am an idle person.

Usually when a man points his finger at someone else, he has three fingers pointing back at him.

You should really check your heart and ask yourself whether you yourself are an idle person. I think that if you are honest with the Holy Spirit, you will find that you were attempting to take a speck out of your brother's eye when you have a beam in your own.

Also, if commentary is replete with error, we should spend all of our time reading the Bible and should spend no time listening to man's commentary as it is given in every post on these Christian Message Boards...and that includes your commentary

You cease sinning by your OWN Power?
Wow... I am mere mortal and rely on the Power of Gods Spirit within me....to KEEP me free from Sin.

Rom 8:
[2] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Whatever floats your boat.

what do you think sin is? When Christ violated the sabbath by healing or plucking corn on the sabbath they called him a sinner. So according to them he violated the law. So what sin did Christ redeem us from. When you understand that then you’ll understand sin.

Is there any light in the person who walks in darkness? 1 John 1:6 No! Because God is light. And we must have God inside of us. It is not talking about a true Christian. And neither is 8 and 10.

I have somewhat to say on the blood of Christ. Where did he get the blood that flowed through his body. The woman does not give the body to the infant. It is the Father’s seed that does that.

How Powerful is the Blood of Jesus?

Powerful enough to please God.

1 John 4:10 in this is the love, not that we loved God, but that He did love us, and did send His Son a propitiation for our sins.

Usage: a propitiation (of an angry god), atoning sacrifice.
HELPS Word-studies

2434 hilasmós – properly, propitiation; an offering to appease (satisfy) an angry, offended party. 2434 (hilasmós) is only used twice (1 Jn 2:2, 4:10) – both times of Christ's atoning blood that appeases God's wrath, on all confessed sin. By the sacrifice of Himself, Jesus Christ provided the ultimate 2434 /hilasmós ("propitiation").

what do you think sin is?

What do I think SIN IS?
My perspective OF WHAT SIN IS, IS Based on "WHO" I am according to the "Division" Scripture Established.
* I "was" a NATURALLY BORN; a Gentile.
* SIN, for a Naturally Born Gentile:
**IS...Natural Birth.
***WHY?...Because, I was not Naturally Born, knowing, believing, loving God.
***WHY?...Because, Gods LIFE, (soul), (IN my Flesh Naturally Born body), Was BEING CORRUPTED, every DAY in my Natural Flesh, that I did NOT, know, believe, love God.

***THAT "was" MY SIN.

SIN of "REJECTING".
Hearing of God.
Hearing of Christ Jesus
REJECTING - Belief IN God.
REJECTING - Belief IN Christ Jesus.

**** Personally for me; I do not Ever recall, Once I heard, to have Rejected Believing.

*** Can't say, I commited the SIN of hearing, then Rejecting.
*** But DO recognize, HEARING, "of God, of Christ Jesus", "then" Rejecting, "IS A SIN", OF a Gentile.

* MY SIN...was being Naturally born WITHOUT Belief.
* MY SIN...was corrupting the soul, (that belongs TO GOD, WITH Gods LIFE in it.), that He imparted into MY Natural Flesh body.
* SIN...(for a Gentile) IS, Hearing About God, Hearing About Christ Jesus, THEN Rejecting them.

Christ the Lord Jesus...OFFERED me, A WAY, TO BECOME "Forgiven" of MY SIN...
* OF being naturally born not believing IN the Lord God.
* OF Corrupting my soul.

I accepted His Offering of Forgiveness.

Christ the Lord Jesus...OFFERED me, A WAY, FOR;
* My body, to BECOME "spiritually" DEAD IN Christ, (dead, cleansed, sanctified, justified, to be redeemed, changed, take on the Seed of Abraham (as my Earthly father), void of corruption, raised immortal, by His Power, and presently Occupy His Raised Body).
* My heart, to BECOME MADE circumcised, a new heart, by HIS POWER.
* My soul, to BECOME MADE "restored", (again, very good), BY HIS POWER.
* My natural spirit, (ie. my natural truth in my heart), to be BORN AGAIN, of Gods SEED, Birthing Gods TRUTH, in my new Heart, By Gods POWER.

* I accepted His OFFERING, regarding...
My Flesh Body, My soul, My spirit;
* I accepted His PROMISES BE TRUE regarding...
HIS Power to Forgive MY SIN, of natual birth, OF HAVING "HAD" disbelief.
* HIS Power to accept and change and KEEP my body, forever.
* HIS Power to Have Restored my Living soul forever.
* HIS Power to Have Quickened my spiritual spirit forever.

I accept the Lord Gods OFFERING, He HAS, "perfected my body, my soul, my spirit...IN HIM ", for ever.

Already Accomplished "knowledge and understanding"....Yet my Earthly EYES, are NOT "YET" able to "SEE", the Lords "accomplishments"... "until"... HIS DAY;
the DAY of the Lord comes into fruition.

When Christ violated the sabbath by healing or plucking corn on the sabbath they called him a sinner. So according to them he violated the law.

* In CONTEXT - Jesus came to Earth, "as" a JEW, "as" ISRAEL, "as" HAVING a MANS Lawful Birth right to SIT in King David's Everlasting Throne, (King of the Jews/ISRAEL). A man, according to mans LAW, "a stock descendant OF the HOUSE OF DAVID".

* In CONTEXT - Jesus, "TOOK UPON HIMSELF"... the SEED of ABRAHAM ...
... Jesus was NOT, a STOCK (sperm) Descendant of a human man. Jesus WAS by mans LAW, a stock descendant of:
Abraham, Issac, Jacob, David, Joseph (husband of Mary)... Directly descending, from Abraham, to Issac, to Jacob, to David...
Occupant of Gods Established Ever lasting Earthly Throne.

* In CONTEXT - Every man, WHO, IS (ISRAEL), IS a Stock descendant (of Abraham)...
* In CONTEXT - Every man, WHO, IS a Gentile, (not a Stock descendant of Abraham), BUT WHO BECOMES "CONVERTED IN CHRIST"....ALSO, takes UPON THEMSLEVES, "THE SEED" of Abraham...
....WHICH "MAKES" a converted man, thereafter, a "son of Abraham, Issac, Jacob, King David, and Christ Jesus".

* WHY necessary for a Converted Gentile, to TAKE UPON THEMSELVES, the Seed of Abraham?

* LAND, LAND, LAND - THE PROMISED LAND.
The LAND Promised TO Abraham and HIS "descendants" forever.
* IF a man IS NOT a Descendant of Abraham, He is NOT ENTITLED, to occupy the Land Promised to Abraham "and His Descendants".

THAT LAND, IS the setting of King Davids Everlasting throne.... and Christ Jesus' Earthly Kingdom.

BUMMER...If Jesus could not CLAIM, rightful, Lawful Access.
BUMMER...If a Gentile could not CLAIM, rightful Lawful Access.

DELIMMA resolved...
Natural believing Jews/Israel, Believing IN God, adhering to THEIR Law, "to their individual life's end"...ARE Entitled to Occupy Abraham's Promsed Land.

Jesus ( a Jew, out of the House of David), IS entitled, by mans Law, to Occupy Abraham's Promised Land.

Gentiles who take upon themselves Abrahams Seed, (by Conversion IN Christ ), ARE entitled, by mans Law, by Gods Law, to Occupy Abraham's Promised Land.

Heb 2:
[16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Luke 19;
[9] And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch, as he also is a son of Abraham.

Gal 3:
[29] And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

* MY SIN...was not believing at my natural birth.
* MY SIN...was Corrupting my soul, in my natural body.
* My SIN...was Heartful DISBELIEF IN Jesus, IN Christ, IN the one (Father), who Sent Him.
* MY SIN AGAINST GOD; IS FORGIVEN, IS COVERED; IS remembered no more...BY the Lord God Almighty.
* My Lord God Almighty has SEALED ME UNTO HIM.
* My Lord God Almighty KEEPS me in Faith-FULLNESS, unto HIM forever, BY HIS POWER.
* My Lord God Almighty KEEPS me FREE from EVER again being IN Sin, or Committing Sin Against the Lord God Almighty.

So what sin did Christ redeem us from. When you understand that then you’ll understand sin.

Natural birth, Unbelief, Corrupting ones soul.

1 John 4:
[4] Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: BECAUSE greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1 John 3:5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.

What does it mean to be cleansed from all unrighteousness? Does that include the desire to sin? Why instead of acknowledging "cleanse" do some believe the blood of Jesus only FORGIVES all unrighteousness, but we will still sin all of our lives, and Jesus cleanses our present and future sins as well as our past sins, but does nothing for the desire to sin. If we believe that Jesus' blood cleanses and forgives our past, present and future sins instead of making us truly born again with a new nature, and free from the desire to sin in the first place presently and in the future, isn't that is a slap in the face of how powerful we believe the blood of Jesus truly is?

Jesus came to make us truly righteous and holy as the Father is perfect. He came to make us like Himself - the first of many brethren. Romans 8:29 "For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren."

So much for FACAGA?
