Its why i wont heed the RCC . They walked away from the Tradition and pattern that Christ first set
and the apostles later kept and set .

Which is a positive sign the RCC does not operate by Christ .
For the gates of hell are within . it has overcome that system .
Sure sign . Its not the catholics i hate , its the doctrine that system teaches that i have no desire to even hear .
Its dangerous . And even a broke clock is right twice a day , thus just cause there may still be some truths there
does not mean THE TRUTH abides in it .

My friend . I know it may seem like i rail , but its not railing nor accusing . I am not against catholics
I love them so i warn them . And i did learn about the catholic religion , the RCC religion .
I condemn none , nor do i judge them as though i was a giver of the law . But i do not and will not
hate my neighbor in my heart . And if i just stood by and said nothing , i would be guilty of hate .
Just as the law says , just as john said too . IF a man HATES his brother He is a murderer and ye know
that no murderer has eternal life in them .
Just as even the law agrees to . FOR love does not transgress the law . watch this .
YE shall not HATE your neighbor in your heart , you shall in any WAY , rebuke correct them and not allow sin upon them .
SO i say if anyone can just leave brethren who are gay , or covetous , or in any sin , and not warn them
THEY are the haters , NOT ME .
POnder n that . Cause yalls pope , mr francis , HE is kissing korans and budda statutes and etc
and just saying we all finding GOD in our own religoin . Ya gotta know that is a message of death and hatred .
YET our own protestant leaders are wanting us to have unity with that . I say never . Not to be mean , but just being honest .

After Martin Luther started his reform....it actually got away from him and started to splinter....eventually Protestant Christianity becomes like a open can of worms...going off in different directions on their own.....then thousands.
So one of my interests is why and how that impacts modern Protestantism.
Interestingly enough although fundamentalism is a focus on the Bible...but then actually various things from history are incorporated into their beliefs and some those things are not accurate.
And some of these misconceptions are very deeply engrained in many Protestant beliefs.
And I am interested in that.

Your response to my post was a complete non-sequitur. That's why I bowed out. If I were to ask, "what does it mean?" I would expect a Biblical answer. Protestant history is boring and irrelevant. Current thinking is trite and uninteresting. Let's talk about what Jesus and the Apostles said and leave it at that.

Anybody that adheres to Catholic Doctrine has “ Fallen From Grace” because they ADD to Paul’s Gospel Of Grace ( 1Cor15:1-4) with their “ Seven Sacraments”.......At least they are not Ashamed Of their Falsehoods.....they put them out there for the World to see....” Ignorance is Bliss”, I suppose......

90 % of the Protestant Churches are not much better.....they are just not “ out there” like the Romanists....Their Religious Additions to the Gospel Of Grace are so common-place, nobody even questions them...That “ Narrow Path” to Heaven just might be more “ narrow” than we feared....Multitudes Of Church- Goers ( not necessarily Christians ) , had better pray hard that “ Fallen From Grace ” does not equate to Damnation.....Some very smart Bible Teachers make a clear case that it is.....

My opinion means nothing, but just for the record , I think it just guarantees a Beggarly” Walk Of Faith.....

If any brings any other gospel its not to be heeded even once . Remember that , cause i am seeing a nasty one growing by leaps and bounds .
Thus if anyone says that any other religoin is fine as long as it has this love good works stuff , YEAH DONT HEED that lie .
That aint no gospel . cause good works are not what saves . ONLY FAITH IN JESUS SAVES . And that means
we confess Him by mouth believing God has rose Him from the dead . Its that simple . Let none trick us with a false love that says otherwise .
Cause BB , any love that allows any religion or atheist to feel saved just cause they can hug and come together for unity

Yes, we are in agreement......Romans 10:9 will get the job done......Believe THAT Alone, and you have passed Paul’s Test Of 2cor13:5......” Test yourselves! If you pass the Test, you will discover that Christ is living in you, and if He isn’t , you are worthless...”

“ No man can say that Jesus is the Lord, But by the Holy Spirit” ( 1 Cor 12:3 )

THIS is what even the Thief on the Cross got Right.....Notice, he did not refer to Jesus as “ Rabbi” .....He said, “ LORD” , remember me”” He Simply BELIEVED that Jesus was the One that He Said He was—- God’s Son and Our Savior.....It got one Thief Saved......it will suffice to get “ you” Saved....The Thief Turned to Jesus ( The Repentance That Saves) .....now you do the same.....you are “ Good to Go” as they say .......RUN , don’t Walk from anybody that would tell you otherwise.....God bless....

Taking verse 21 by itself, out of its context, has led some to conclude that we are saved by good works.

Take notice of what Jesus said in Mt.7:23, “I never knew you”. There was not a time that He knew them.

God has chosen the gospel to draw all unto him. If the one sitting on the couch has never heard the saving grace of Christ through the gospel this man will never be drawn to God. As the apostle said one man will plant the seed and another one will water it but it is God who gives the increase. The harvest is great but the laborers are few. Tell all those you know the God Saves. How he has done it. Then God will take what has been sown into the heart of the hearers and make it alive in their heart.

If you truly understood eternal life you would then understand why Christ says in several parable “I know you not”.
