Look . i already told you i follow all the teachings of Christ and of those apostles . I just dont and wont follow the RCC .
Wanna know why , cause they dont .

You are not seeing the simplicity .
So let me give you an example . Its obvious that , as you stated when i asked you if you think i am saved , that you dont see me as saved .
Okay i am not mad about this . I say it to make a point to you to help you see something .
You have seen me say Follow JESUS and the apostles , that doctrine . Right .
Now just because a man SAYS the teachings of JESUS and the apostles do you really think that man is saved or even follows CHRIST .
Of course not . I mean we all know many can claim the same thing . AND YET , by ACTION they can DENY HIM .
Just as you think by action i do . RIGHT .
SO let this sink in . I KNOW ROME held the true doctrines of our Lord . they had the canon . They claimed it .
YET , THEIR ACTIONS and bulls , papal bulls and etc , PROVED THEY ARE NOT OF HIM .
THAT IS WHY i do not FOLLOW the RCC . PRAY this sinks in my friend .
Just cause folks come making claims we are the church , we follow JESUS , we teach HIS sayings
DONT MEAN THEY DO my friend . THE RCC has lied to many throughout all centuries . YET claiming
she followed Christ . Let it sink in my friend . You wont let them go , cause you keep believing
they are the real deal . WHEN IN TRUTH they are not . And as i said many can claim to follow Christ and His teachings
the apostels and their teachings . BUT YA GOTTA LOOK AT THE FRUIT MY FRIEND .
LOOK at the FRUIT . that place has had rotted fruit for as long back as i investigated it . You are loved my friend .

I see your point.
But since I became a Christian I have found false teachers among all protestant "denominations".
And I have heard good solid biblical preaching by some Roman Catholics as well.
What does that tell you?
1 Timothy :
Beware of false teachers: warn your people
4 1-2 God’s Spirit specifically tells us that in later days there will be men who abandon the true faith and allow themselves to be spiritually seduced by teachings of the devil, teachings given by men who are lying hypocrites, whose consciences are as dead as seared flesh.

Yeah , i dont follow the protestant realm either . MANY and massive amounts of them are false as well .
And i dont mean they might just be in an error , i mean FALSE . a hint . turn TBN OFF ,
and many other places . WE in a massive falling away .
And do remember that just because some can say truth , you have to look at the fruit .
DO they pray to others , like saints , angels , mary . THEN its bad news my friend .
Ye who teach truth , DO YOU FOLLOW TRUTH . Let us do all to exhort the brethren in truth . Let bibles be open and learned very well .
And be encouraged , this is not an attack against any . Its just simple truth .

The point I was making is that there are false teachers within every group claiming to be "Christian"

the false abound everywhere now my friend . And the point i too was making
is that we cannot follow the false . no matter how much truth they can say at times .
We must always warn them in error to cease said error .
If i came speaking many truths , yet taught folks that praying to angels , saints or mary , i would be a threat to all .
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a humility and worshipping of angels . We pray to GOD , not saints , not angels .
Just remember that . Because i have spoken to quite a few catholic deacons and bishops . well a few , not quite a few .
And they were very nice , very kind , had many truths , yet had grave and deadly dangers as well .
We must do all to warn catholics or anyone really , of any dire and grave danger they are in . We dont just get along
and hug for the sake of unity . Like this generation is being taught to do . NO , out of great love , of great love
we must warn when we see error . And we must not allow anyone to be led under the influence of those who would teach
such things . For what did GOD even tell that one church , that it simply allowed one to teach and to seduce my people .
Let us be on guard .

Hi Triumph,
The beauty of the catholic and orthodox Faith, is that those false teachers are corrected or driven out..
Our clergy is bound by that which has come before and cannot teach contrary to what we have received (because we know from whom we have received it!)
To see a real time example, watch the devolpments going on with the Church in Germany.
The open defiance of the papacy will have consequences, schism is a likely outcome..

In the line of king David the mother of the king is the queen, as Jesus Christ is the king of heaven and earth and the angels and saints so Mary is the queen of the same! Lk 1:32-33

Maybe to you and the Roman church, but to Jesus it is faith apart from works that makes you a child of god according to HIs Inspired Word.
any church that seeks to change that truth is preaching another gospel as Paul said!

Thank you for quoting the verses that prove the bible is true when it says faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus weithout works is what saves us.
Paul writes faith is a gift from God. And God gives to us a measure of Faith as he wills. Not if faith is a gift faith is a gift from God! How do some of you imply that your faith is the result of your own action?
