Here is John 1:18 in Greek, they removed the second instance of theos.

They also removed God from (Rev 1:8) in the Greek. Here's a History how Rev 1:8 became watered down over time... Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #2

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD (God Jehovah Isa 44:6; Gen 17:1; Exo 6:3 ), which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. (Rev 1:8)

Translators not only removed God's Name but also removed GOD from latter revisions. Replacing it with LORD because that's what they did.... and that deception did not go far enough so they took LORD and made it into a little Lord ... (Rev 1:8)

Trinitarians tried to mimic the theology of the nameless trinity generic formula. Names were not to be added but rather a removal of them. The removal of the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ was under attack. That attack continues today. (Rev 1:8) at one time did have a Name in it but can you guess whose it was?

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith Jehovah God which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Switched to:

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD God which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Switched to:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the LORD which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Switched to:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

"Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts." (Malachi 3:1)

Even if someone wants to insert Angel and Jehovah into this verse, it only means that the Lord is that Angel and messenger.

Not some created angelic being.

And on that subject: the LORD shall send His messenger John to prepare the way before Me. Himself. Jehovah in the Old, Jesus in the New.

(John 1:18) The Greek does say God, rather than Son. That's even better.

The only begotten God, Who is of course now known as the Son.

The true God begotten on earth of the true God remaining in heaven. The Son was the only true God begotten on earth, while the Father who was the only true God in heaven.

Ya, but your forefathers rejected him when he inspected the temple. But here is the Bigger Rejection. "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent to her—how often I wanted to gather your children together the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings! But you did not want it." (Matthew 23:37)

Don't angels have wings? Look! Your house is abandoned to you. For I say to you, you will by no means see me from now until you say, ‘Blessed is the one who comes in Jehovah’s name!’ (Matthew 23:38-39)

"I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you on the way and to bring you into the place that I have prepared. Pay attention to him, and obey his voice. Do not rebel against him, for he will not pardon your transgressions, because my name is in him." (Exodus 23:20-21)

So, I'm rejecting Jesus by insisting the Lord be called Jesus, because He is.

Right. in Any case, the name of Jesus is above the name of Jehovah.

The only one I'm rejecting if the created Christ of Unitarianism. I reject him, because he is false. I also reject your god and lord you call 'Jehovah'. Catholics abuse the name 'Mary', and you abuse the name 'Jehovah'.

So did your forefathers. However after they rejected the Angel of the Convenant, they beat him, spread false rumors, tortured him, and that wasn't enough. So they beat the snot out of the Angel of God's Presence and nailed him among thieves. They were so cowardly they could not find anyone to throw stones at him.

“In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the Angel of his presence saved them" (Isaiah 63:9 ASV)

"He was oppressed and he let himself be afflicted, But he would not open his mouth. He was brought like a sheep to the slaughter, Like a ewe that is silent before its shearers, And he would not open his mouth." (Isaiah 53:7)

"And he was given a burial place with the wicked, And with the rich in his death, Although he had done no wrong And there was no deception in his mouth." (Isaiah 53:9)

To reject the Angel of God’s Presence you would have to reject Jesus Christ as the Word of God. “In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the Angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bore them and carried them all the days of old.” (Isaiah 63:9 ASV)

  1. You would have to reject that Jesus Christ was afflicted with our sins.

  2. You would have to reject that Jesus Christ is our Salvation.

  3. You would have to reject that Jesus Christ loved us or felt pity for us.

  4. You would have to reject that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer.

  5. You would have to reject that Jesus Christ died for our sins once and for all time.

“Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him” (Exodus 23:20-21 KJV)

Then a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one who has been chosen. Listen to him.” (Luke 9:35) Accepting Jesus as the Christ can add a profound meaning for your Life.

Jesus when translated means ‘Jehovah is Salvation. “For I say to you, you will by no means see me from now until you say, ‘Blessed is the one who comes in Jehovah’s name!’” (Matthew 23:39)

Deny him or Accept him... it's Your Choice.

"So did your forefathers."

What is really cute is the cult of 'Jehovah' followers calling Christians Jesus' killers, because they refuse to honor 'Jehovah' above Jesus, because Jesus is only a little Lord created by the really big LORD.

Especially since the Jehovah cult have unitarian forefathers who rejected Jesus as God likewise, because they refused to believe their own Scriptures that God would come in the flesh to save them from their sins.

"Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me...And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against those that fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts."

I the LORD will send my messenger before Me the LORD and I the LORD will come near to you to judgment; and I the LORD will be swift against them that fear ME the LORD, saith the LORD of hosts.

The LORD Jehovah would come to His people on earth and be called the Son of God, named Jesus. The name that is above every name that is named, including that of Jehovah.

How is it the littler Lord has a greater name above the bigger LORD?

As much as cults try, God already had a Scripture waiting for them to be rebuked by.

"the Angel of God's Presence"

So Jesus was not only created and not God, he wasn't even really a man, but just a presence.

Right.

"Don't angels have wings?"

No, and Jesus wasn't a mother hen either.

By comparing himself to a hen (a feminine noun) the Religious Jews should have know that they were speaking to the Messiah. Aftercall, he was begotten as with labor pangs and brought forth. Here, Jesus admits coming from the gods whom the Word of God came.. gods are in the feminine sense

Englishman's Concordance
θεοὺς (theous) — 2 Occurrences
John 10:35 N-AMP
GRK: ἐκείνους εἶπεν θεοὺς πρὸς οὓς
NAS: he called them gods, to whom
KJV: he called them gods, unto whom
INT: them he called gods to whom

Strong's Concordance
theos: God, a god
Original Word: θεός, οῦ, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine; Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: theos
Phonetic Spelling: (theh'-os)
Definition: God, a god
Usage: (a) God, (b) a god, generally.

Jesus answered them: “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I said: “You are gods”’? those against whom the word of God came—and yet the scripture cannot be nullified— whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?

You don't even believe in the Deity of Christ.

Gods original name is God, Elohim, Roach Elohim and Adonai Elohim in Genesis 1-2 but God has many names so I am not sure why use are always fighting over what his name is its pretty pathetic for Christians anyone who denies Jesus Christ is the son of God and is One with him is of the Anti-Christ or is the Anti-Christ if you want to call him another name go for it but if you deny Jesus Christ you DO NOT know God. Don't engage with people wanting to deny the trinity all that matters is you believer in God and don't deny Jesus Christ as the son of God and not to put yourself above God like satan and his angel blaspheming against the Spirit.

This is why you have no understanding. (Daniel 12:10) You're dying and don't even know it. That is where your weeping and gnashing of teeth are.

"You don't even believe in the Deity of Christ."

I really don't mind accusations. Even false ones. But really, these kind are wild acts of silliness. They make no sense.

"Yes and amen, Jesus Christ is the Lord God!"

"No, He is a created mortal man gifted with immortality after His death. He is not the Lord God!"

And who doesn't believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ? The former or the latter?

Let's ask a child, that has no axe to grind, nor has learned the dubious art of complicating the simple into something completely different that what is really is...

Both are in the feminine sense. The former a Divine Creation and the latter a Divine Re-Creation. Those in the Godhead are GIVEN authority.

Now, let's quote the actual Scripture without revision:

"Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?"

1. Scripture calls 'gods' them to whom the word of God is come.

2. Jesus Christ is the word of God come sent by the Father, and He says that he is the Son of God, for which He is called blasphemer.

And from this "Jesus admits coming from the gods (to) whom the Word of God came."

So, Jesus was 'confessing' Himself to have come from man. Being born of a woman as a man, meant that He came from man, who were called 'gods' to whom the word of God came. And so He came from gods.

And somehow not believing this, is not believing in the Deity of Christ? Again I don't even understand how this accusative conclusion is reached in the first place. Not getting entangled in a dispute about the difference between being born of man vs coming by man, is somehow a proof of rejecting Christ's deity???

Aside from the paganism of such reasoning, Jesus admitted no such thing. He did not say He come from the 'gods' to whom the word of God came, but He declared He came to the 'gods' as the word of God Himself from the Father.

The only ones claiming and open paganism that Jesus Christ came from gods, are the same ones accusing those of confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and God, as rejecting the deity of Jesus Christ...

I I've said before. Keep it up. Just when you thought you've heard it all. I suppose it's not surprising though, after all the depths of Satan are a bottomless pit.

Yes. Agreed. The person you are casting judgment on is yourself. (Romans 2:1) Interesting you are the one that snuck (to) into something that Jesus Christ did not say and now testified he did? Isn't the bearing false witness. And if Jesus is anointed by Holy Spirit and he IS. Why do you sin against Holy Spirit? Are you proud like Satan?

Nope.

Ex 3:14- And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. 15- And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,

>>> Jehovah, <<<

the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you:

>>> this is my name FOREVER, <<<

and this is my memorial unto all generations.

That was the Pre-incarnate Jesus, who spoke to Moses. He is the Great "I AM. He is Jehovah or if you prefer, Yahweh. Those are made up names constructed by adding vowels. The Jews did not even want to pronounce the name in fear that they would mispronounce it; so they called Him, LORD (Adonai)
It was an introduction that was later completed and fulfilled. "Tell them I AM sent you." Kind of an introduction left with blanks to be filled in at a later time.
So when Jesus came, He finished His introduction that was mysterious at the time, incomplete.
I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE
I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD
I AM THE VINE
I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE
I AM THE LIGHT
I AM THE RESURRECTION
I AM THE DOORWAY
I AM HE (The one who has been with you all along)
BEFORE ABRAHAM WAS, I AM.
JESUS IS THE CREATOR
COL. 1:16, 17
>>Having all authority in heaven and on earth requires omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence.
No one else is that powerful but GOD.
Only God can forgive and remove the sins of the world for all time.
Thinking of Jesus as anyone less than God is degrading Him, a disgrace, a dishonor and you will remain empty and unfruitful since the Holy Spirit would not guide you down this path of untruth. He confirms the truth about Jesus. You have not been confirmed if you hold thay position. Jesus will judge the world. How can He do that if He is not God? Every knee will bow to Him. We dont bow to angels or anyone else except God. We worship Jesus, He deserves our praise and worship.
We are in Christ. If He wasn't God, why would we be in Him and not in God? The Father dwells in us. Jesus dwells in us. The Holy Spirit dwells in us. We got company!

In the Christian Greek Scriptures, certain words derived from the·osʹ (god) appear and relate to that which is divine. The related words theiʹos, thei·oʹtes, and the·oʹtes occur at Act 17:29, Romans 1:20, Colossians 2:9, and 2 Peter 1:3,4.

At Acts 17:29, Paul, when in Athens, showed that it is illogical for humans to imagine that “the Divine Being [to theiʹon, a form of theiʹos] is like gold or silver or stone.” Many translators here use terms such as “the Godhead,” “the Deity,” or “the divinity” (KJ, AS, Dy, ED, JB, RS), while E. J. Goodspeed’s translation says “the divine nature.”
According to The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, the expression "to theiʹon" is derived from the adjective theíos, meaning ‘pertaining to God,’ ‘divine.’” Liddell and Scott’s Greek-English Lexicon gives as the meaning “the Divinity.”
So the phrase "to theiʹon" can be understood to refer to a person or to a quality. The context must guide the translator in his choice of words. Here at Acts 17:29, the context clearly shows that the person of God is being described, and so the expression should appropriately be rendered “Divine Being."

At Romans 1:20 the apostle refers to the undeniable visible evidence of God’s “invisible qualities,” particularly his “eternal power and Godship [Thei·oʹtes].” Other translations read “Godhead” or “deity” (KJ, NE, RS, JB), conveying to many the idea of personality, the state of being a person. However, according to Liddell and Scott’s Greek-English Lexicon, the Greek word thei·oʹtes means “divine nature, divinity.” So there is a basis for rendering thei·oʹtes as referring to the quality of being a god, not the person of God, and this is supported by the context. The apostle is discussing things that are discernible in the physical creation. For example, while the creation does not reveal the name of God, it does give evidence of his “eternal power”—needed to create and sustain the universe. The physical creation also displays his “Godship,” the fact that the Creator truly is God and is worthy of our worship.

At Colossians 2:9, the apostle Paul says that in Christ “all the fullness of the divine quality [form of the·oʹtes] dwells bodily.” Here, again, some translations read “Godhead” or “deity,” which Trinitarians interpret to mean that God personally dwells in Christ. (KJ, NE, RS, NAB) However, Liddell and Scott’s Greek-English Lexicon defines the·oʹtes in basically the same way it does thei·oʹtes, as meaning “divinity, divine nature.” The Syriac Peshitta and the Latin Vulgate render this word as “divinity.” Thus, here too, there is a solid basis for rendering the·oʹtes as referring to quality, not personality.

By Jove, I think I've got it!

These people are slippery enough, but in addition to that, they are also not saying honestly what they believe, which only adds confusion to slipperiness.

When you combine their false reading of 'Jesus saying He came from gods' to the accusation of not 'believing in His deity', then you have the real teaching they espouse: That Jesus was deified by God.

Therefore, to not believe the deification of Jesus is to not believe in the deity of Christ!

As I said, they are most slippery, because they are not honest in how they frame their words. And to unravel it all and actually get into their heads makes one feel like Job wrestling with the maddening ideas and accusations of his three 'friends':

"He discovereth deep things out of darkness, and bringeth out to light the shadow of death." (Job 12:22)
