John came to my Vineyard fellowship once and we did a conference in '96. I was on the ministry team. I didn't know John. He was my pastor's professor at Fuller in Pasadena. John made church good for me. Back in his secular music career, his band's next gig was to open for the Beatles, but he chose to follow Jesus instead.
When I see people sacrifice financially for Jesus, I look up to them. One guy I know who gave up a good life for Jesus, spent decades helping people like me, was approached by someone who gave him over a million dollars for his retirement. Those things actually happen.

Wagner was my pastor's other professor. It didn't take me long to figure out that church growth theology interfered with the sovereignty of the Holy Spirit's leading. Even Wagner eventually abandoned it. I believe my life was impacted negatively by it.
So many schisms in the body. Welcome to Babylon.
I haven't been a part of the Vineyard for 23 years. When the TAVCF was disassociated, it was like my parents got divorced. I felt like my life was torn in half. I've never seen such a feeding frenzy. I'd go on, but too much truth is often censored.
The video I'd posted was by the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship. At the time of the session, their attitude was that they were open to all parts of the body and had people minister from such. It's how the prosperity gospel got introduced. Too bad.

- 'Third Wave' movement.

Wagner acknowledged his mistakes/errors.. later days.
He had an interesting journey..
- He was not open to spiritual gifts..for many years.

Any movement in Christian history changes..A new beginning is underway...
- From original focus, commitment, vision, etc..
- After the first generation..
- More on..'status, recognition & money/assets'.
- It becomes another establishment.
Examples:
Methodist Revival/Movement, Pentecostal & Charismatic Movement..

It is inevitable that Vineyard became..
I know several Vineyard people..involved from the early days.
-'They acknowledge..it changed.

" A new beginning" ..
- Fresh move of God..
That should be the priority/focus.

- Every generation should pray for...spiritual awakening/revival.
