Not likely. But then again, I thought it very likely our votes would seat Trump for another 4 years, so....
Congress abolished the draft iJanuary 27,1973. An all volunteer army took its place.
However there is the matter of the law as pertains to, Selective Service.
"if authorized by the President and Congress, would rapidly provide personnel to the Department of Defense while at the same time providing for an Alternative Service Program for conscientious objectors."
Selective Service System - It’s Your Country. Protect it.

The official policy now is for only gender-confused people to apply (LGBTQ) in the "Woke" military of Biden. And whites are automatically excluded. So where does that leave the USA? The laughing stock of China and Russia.
No , also think men will never be drafted again either, I say that because I don't see wars no more .
That would be nice, but I'm not so sure right now as the direction that the US is currently headed.
