The "RAIN" movement is attributed primarily to Pentecostal doctrine.

Nothing new, that God uses things MEN can See and comprehend to parallel to what men can not See or comprehend.

Rain is clearly seen by men. Rain is droplets of water that falls from the sky. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, in some places and not other places. Clearly that has occured for centuries. Clearly man has learned Rain upon the earth, causes food sources for man to GROW, and sustaining the food sources for man, causes mans body to be nourished and avoid physical death from famine.
Nothing new.

It's a parallel...
Historically, Gods WORD given to men, was few words...and bit by bit Gods WORD increased being given to men.
We are fully aware, men are not naturally born WITH knowing Gods word. Men hear Gods Word, bit by bit, and along the way of man Hearing, man Chooses to continue Hearing, or rejects hearing and stops hearing.

We KNOW, from Scripture, and physical observance and knowledge; the Gentiles primarily, for the last 2,000 years have been preaching God AND Jesus AND Christ the Power of God....to Believe in them...to Commit to them....that them IS HE, the Lord God Almighty.

We KNOW, from Scripture, Christian clerics have been Preaching to willing listeners.
We KNOW, during the Tribulation, God shall send, "HIS Hebrew/Jewish/Tribesmen, to Preach to HIS ISRAEL (elect persons of God),
I.e....two witness to Jerusalem and 144,000 to the hills.

AND THEN ALSO, God SHALL SEND, HIS servant, A Holy ANGEL, for the Entire WORLD to HEAR Of God AND His Christ
