Why God destroyed Sodom and Gommorah...
Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. - Ezekiel 16:49
1. Arrogance
2. Gluttony
3. Laziness
4. Greed
In other words... They didn't find anything better to do! So as Christians it is important to...
1. Set righteous goals
2. Set those goals high... You Father in heaven has the energy and light (m = E / c2) to make anything happen
3. Write down those goals!
4, Put a date on those goals!
5. List the obstacles to overcome
6. Identify those to work with you.
7. Spell out a plan of action
8. Set a time limit
9. Identify the benefits of your righteous goal.
Objection - There are 100's of reasons why I cannot set my goals, bad health being one of them
Answer - Your heavenly father is all mighty! Have faith in him! And do not let that faith be without works!
Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. - James 2:17

God was'nt looking for sinners to destroy in Sodom and Gommorah, He was looking for righteous men! The filthy were merely foregone conclusions.
