"Son of Satan" Or false Prophet are one in the same.
I haven't called you a son of Satan, and I haven't called you a false prophet, but obviously you've run out of any Scriptural arguments and have switched fully to Ad Hominem mode . . .

Again, enough of the dramatics. Or I guess it's time to break again.

Much love!

You are claiming the "this generation" thing.

I Am merely saying we are one step closer to His return.... Why does this bother you? are you not watching and waiting for His return? Are you not ready for His return? This should make you rejoice.

This is textualism in a nutshell...
Show me the scripture for this statement..... I have shown you scriptures saying exactly the opposite, that the Spirit teaches us the hidden things of God (1 Corinthians 2:9-11). John wrote No book could contain the teachings of Jesus (John 21:25).... Jesus said He had many more things to teach them but they could not bear them now (John 16:12).... When the Spirit of truth shall come he will guide you into all truth (John 15:26, John 16:13).

Do You deny these scriptures?
Here's how we can tell between true Spiritual Revelation, and Theological Flights of Fancy. True Spiritual Revelation will be supported by the Bible.

And you won't have to twist and turn around anything to see it. In fact, my experience has been the opposite, you'll find you can embrace the specific wording of some parts where you just never saw that before.

Much love!

I Have given you ample scriptural support that Israel is referred to as the fig tree in scripture.

Jesus spoke of the present and the future...an example is when they all sat at the Passover...Jesus was speaking of a future event that would take place in that present generation.....He also reconciled past prophesy with the present....example when He said this ..
Luke 4 (KJV)
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
¹⁶ And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
¹⁷ And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
¹⁸ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
¹⁹ To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
²⁰ And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
²¹ And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

And there were times when He spoke that it applied to present and future...

I find it interesting that Jesus didn't complete the verse he was referencing Isaiah 61. Obviously on purpose. We must also remember that the manuscripts at that time did not have punctuation.

A good example of "rightly dividing".

Good observation...I never paid attention to that but you're right. There is much more to the scripture Jesus was reading...
Meaning the rest is to be fulfilled in the future.
Thanks for pointing that out.

This is consistent with much of Prophecy, Time is irrelevant, and large jumps in time occur.

Another example of this is Micah 5, which goes from the birth of Christ in Bethlehem, to the second advent in a line or two.

Isaiah 61:1-2a The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me. He has sent Me to announce good news to the humble. To bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and to proclaim a year of the Lords favour.....

Isaiah 61:2b-11 and a Day of the vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn.

To give them garlands instead of ashes. Gladness instead of mourners tears. They will be a righteous people, planted in His Land, to display His glory.
Ancient buildings and ruined cities will be rebuilt. Foreigners will serve you as shepherds and farmers.
But you, will be called priests of the Lord and the wealth of nations will be yours.
Revelation 5:9-10 and Isaiah 66:21 tell us that they will be Christians.

Because you have had shame and abuse in double measure, you will receive a double measure of wealth.
For I, the Lord, love justice and hate wickedness. I will give My people a sure reward and make an everlasting covenant with them.

Their children will be renowned by the nations. They will be seen as a people blessed by the Lord.

Let us rejoice in the Lord with all our hearts. From Him has come victory and deliverance. His people robed in beauty, like a garden full of flowers.
The Lord will make His victory and renown known to the nations.

Reference: Revised English Bible, some verses abridged.

Verse 1 and the first half of verse 2, were quoted by Jesus at the commencement of His ministry, then He said; Today, in your hearing, this prophecy has come true. Therefore, the remainder of this chapter, which is also, obviously prophecy as well, awaits fulfilment. The House of Judah has returned to the Land, but none of these remaining verses can be seen as being fulfilled by them.

V 2-2nd half, God’s Day of vengeance. Isaiah 34:1-8 & Rev 6:12-17 This is the Day when Jesus carries out the judgement of God’s wrath. Psalms 110 describes it very well.
This will be one and the same with the soon to happen, prophesied, judgement of fire. 2 Peter 3:7, +

...”to comfort all who mourn.” Zechariah 12:9-14 - is for the survivors in the Land and for all of His faithful Christian people, scattered abroad.

V 3 To give blessings the Lord’s people, every faithful Christian and settle them into the Promised Land. “To display His glory”, His people, ’a light to the nations’. Before the Return of Jesus Christ for His Millennial reign.

V 4 Although this great Day of Lord’s wrath will cause damage to the Land and buildings, they will be restored and rebuilt. Ezekiel 34:26-27

V 5 Other peoples will come and help, as they will be seen as the Lords people.

V 6 His Christian people will receive the honor of serving the Lord as priests. Isaiah 66:18b-21
The wealth of the nations will come to this new nation; called Beulah. Isaiah 62:1-5, as it did when the Israelites left Egypt.

V 7 Amazing promise’s of restoration and recompense. Ezekiel 28:24-26

V 8 A new covenant will be made with His people. Jeremiah 30:34

V 9 The nations will acknowledge that God is with the new nation. Zechariah 8:20-23

V 10-11 A prayer of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord, for His mercy and deliverance.

That's what TEXBOW pointed out in post 167, and yes I agree the rest is still waiting to be fulfilled.

The Lords Day of vengeance and fiery wrath; the Sixth Seal, is the next prophesied event.
It will be the Day when He gets His garments splashed in blood. Isaiah 63:1-6, Revelation 6:12-17 & 14:17-20
Proved by how His robe is already splashed in blood, at the Return. Revelation 19:13

THEN, after the terrible Day of the Lord's wrath: we Christians will experience the Blessings promised in Isaiah 61:3-11, Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Romans 9:24-26,
