I worked out to strengthen my back and today I woke up and it was super sore. It kept getting worse and I was bed ridden. I decided to drink more water cause I get dehydrated from medical conditions I have. I also took a one a day. And now my back improved greatly. I'm not sure if it was the one a day vitamin or the water but the inflamation is now almost gone and I can be up a bit more. I'll take it easy the rest of the day as the inflamation caused real trouble in the muscles.
