I dunno. So you can get some historical perspective on some facts? How men like you for example try to predict the end of the world in their lifetimes and it doesn’t come true? Forgetting that the Father and the Father alone knows the time?
Here, take a look : List of dates predicted for apocalyptic events - Wikipedia
Branch Davidians are mentioned there and I’m surprised David Koresh didn’t make that list but Heaven’s Gate did.

Agree, flat out, no man KNOWS WHEN, the (world as we know it), shall end.
Men projecting, guessing, is one thing.
Men saying their projection, guess, is a fact is another thing.

Scripturally, individual men are encouraged to hear Gods truth.
And the “urgency” of hearing is for “individual men”,
BECAUSE, regardless of when the World (as we know it) shall end...
“Individual men”, daily (without notice), shall either, die WITH God forever,
or shall die WITHOUT God forever.

The LIST, you referenced...
* In one respect, parallels great things occurring in particular time frames that negatively affects and disrupts a large portion of the population...and people at large in fear and wondering....and a specific person declaring the major disruptions ARE the end of this world as we know it.

That ^ I can understand people at large, in fear and wondering throughout multiple generations...(even today)...
But do not agree with individuals nailing down a date. Hokey.

* Noticed individuals predicting saying, in this year or sometime between a span of particular years.
Also view as Hokey.

* Noticed individuals predicting saying, specific things...of HOW the world as we know it SHALL end...flood, comet, nuclear, etc.
Also view as Hokey.

* Noticed individual predicting saying, specific things...of HOW they KNEW the world as we know it SHALL end, and WHEN...psychic, chicken eggs laid with dates written on them (lol), clerics, others, supposedly getting insider info from God? (Etc.)
Also view as Hokey.

Bottom line...
* Individuals need to prepare to be With or Without God, regardless of WHEN the world as we know it Shall end.
* Catastrophes, (man-made and supernatural weather disturbances) have negatively affected large portions of the world population, since...Ancient Beginning of mankind, and for generations of mankind for thousands of years, to this day.
* Gods Word has already notified us, No man knows the DAY...However, what Gods Word HAS ALSO notified us IS: specific things.
1) this is a world “without end”.
2) many can expect to SEE “great changes in this world”.
3) the end of this world “as we know it”, will be By His works.
4) the end of this world “as we know it”, will be AFTER Jesus’ millennial reign,
And AFTER Judgement of those WITHOUT God.
5) Those WITH God, WILL SEE, Gods works of “this” world completely restored, renewed, and have no memory of the “this” current corrupt world as we now know it.

Conclusion...
* Nothing has changed. The urgency is all about individual men exercising their Freedom to Choose to Be WITH or WITHOUT God forever.

* Men predicting ~ times of world end, as we know it...irrelevant

* Men preaching ~ viruses, climate, weather, etc. shall end the “world as we know it”....”IF” the population at large, “WILL NOT YIELD. TRUST, AGREE, DO” as MEN preaching Demand.
View as beyond Hokey, but rather, sinister and wicked.

Glory to God,

In a sense I am also beginning to see this similarly the same but maybe a little different. The understanding I’ve been given is Jesus was a man as I am only He is the first to receive the breath of life since the fall of Adam, and I’m still not certain that the doctrine of Adam isn’t actually speaking of Christ and the church.

Adam was formed of earth just as me only l didn’t receive the breath of life at my child birth, the breath commonly referred to as the Holy Spirit was received when I was born of God. This was only available due to the works done at Calvary.
Again you are very insightful WOH. 1st Adam to 2nd and last Adam with a twist indeed. He is the human 'father' of the new (eternal) life. The founder and finisher (first and the last in this regard only) of our faith in the new life of the Kingdom under God. You could say that Yahshua was the 1st naturally born human believer in God, his Father. I used to say this but it seemed it never resonated with anyone. To answer your implicit query: the doctrine of Adam is for Christ, our Redeemer and Savior to the new life and his Body (church) today. That is what it is all about - the essential and core of the gospel. Without it there is no life or active substance in the gospel.

Is that the only verse you use from the Holy Bible? You seem fixated on it.

Ah. Well, my beliefs are outlined in the Articles of Faith for the Veridican Church, but I get what you mean.[/QUOTE]

Yes, Acts 2:38 is the starting verse for a Christian.

If you do not apply it to your life right at the start of even considering becoming a Christian, you will not be a real Christian at all, but a fake one.

Acts skippers are anti (1st century)Christian, though they claim to be Christians.

They are modern, faux Christians.

Jesus and Peter would reject Acts(2:38) skippers wholeheartedly if they were present at the time of Pentecost.

It happened in the first century. This is when apostate Israel’s house was made desolate.
That sounds as similarly ridiculous as claiming Antiochus Epiphanes as the Antichrist when his own father was designated by historians as "Great". Epiphanes was thoroughly unforgettable if not for the over-the-top rave reviews from the preterist fan club. The 'great tribulation' surely must amount to more than the devastation of a million or more Jews, and the destruction of a defunct worship system.
I would like you to consider a tribulation that the church endured for over 1000 years at the hands of a dominant church/state pagan counterfeit Christian system that a relentlessly waged war against all-comers, Christian or otherwise, for the sole reason that they refused to accept that system's authority over their spiritual lives.

Just a man who has calls himself a prophet of a new gospel. A tree shaken by The Wind, always reveals it's fruit. Indeed, discernment is given to The Body for such a time as this. Be not deceived little children. Remember the warnings of our Lord concerning these times.

If someone is not Christ, then they are just another human being. And that's a fact. God kills human beings the same way he kills insects and squirrels. That's not a threat; what I'm saying is that until the human being sprouts into Christ, God has no more concern for them than he does for any other animal or plant on the earth. Now, among those who are "in Christ" there are newbies and old ones, and they are the ones who are the children Jesus speaks of. You don't understand how elitist Jesus was. There is no gray with him. It's all black and white.

Any human is valued greater than sparrows. So there is a hierarchy for the value of creatures. That understanding is taken from Jesus' own words.

He also said he would leave the 99 sheep to come after the 1 lost sheep.

So I agree we are as insects compared to God, and our value is made lasting to him by inheriting eternal life. It is all the more wondrous that God would consider us while we are still sinners. And send his son to die in our place, Such is the great Love of God.

As you pointed out God is Truth. But God is also Love. And he has commanded us to love. So even if we think we can fathom all truth but don't have love, we do not really know him.

Oh, I get it. And no, I have nothing to add or take from Revelation. But, and I say this with all the arrogant humility I can muster for what God has made me and given me, I do "get it." And I'm about to start teaching it. Why not take a seat and see what I have to say? It could save your life. The end times is much closer than you might think it is.

The Son of God, who came and showed the world the true character of God, gave His own life for all men. He didn't die to redeem sparrows or grass grubs.

well, I would say he was indeed an anti christ,,,, his fruits display this.

Consider if you will…… all Protestants are merely protesting Catholics.

This makes no sense

He so loved human beings he came to die for us

While we were yet sinners

While we were his enemy.

You will not become Christ my friend. The best you can hope for is to be adopted into his family. and have him grow you to become like him

The kingdom didn’t come in food or drink or even in word. It came in power.
the kingdom?

I am talk about prophecy

Jesus said at that time there will be great tribulation such as never seen before or after that time, And it would be so great if he did not put an end to it. No flesh would survive.

That did not happen in AD 70, It has not happened yet.
