I thought it was cute! The word Earworm reminds me of a SpongeBob episode, where he gets hooked really bad on the song "The Musical Doodle."
Maybe you can sing me a country song in German now, before earworm makes me go off the deep end and start climbing walls?
I love this!ICCC.
It is an excellent verse. So much so, that I have got it here expressed in a few languages. Just for you and @HiddeninHim! ♥♥
Proverbs 27:17
17 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another NIV
17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. KJV
17 As iron sharpens iron, so friends sharpen each other's faces.CEB Chinese Traditional
17 Eisen wird scharf durch Eisen, und ein Mann schärft das Angesicht des anderen.Eisen wird ssharf dirch Eisen German
17 Hierro con hierro se aguza; Y el hombre aguza el rostro de su amigo.Spanish Version
Here's a song called Iron sharpens Iron. May you both receive an earworm from it. May it sharpen your faces.
Oh, don't mind me. I have a quirky sense of humor. And my quirkiness is why I love your response.Thanks. It is the truth, and it fits in perfectly with what I was discussing.
BTW, I've never seen anyone say that about a Bible verse. It had nothing to do with war, or bloodshed, annihilation of an enemy--I could kind of understand that . But this is a proverb.
