Times of testing, trials and warfare are never enjoyable, but they are necessary and play a major role in our development. Even through times of testing and warfare, you will remain untouched. The enemy has a history of trying to destroy the lives of, and sabotage the destinies of, the people of God. However, God has a history of divinely protecting and coming through for His people time after time again. In Daniel Chapter 6, they plotted against Daniel by convincing the king to pass a decree or law that was contrary to Daniel’s beliefs. In Daniel 6:1-4, it shows why the attack came against Daniel. Daniel was preferred above all of the other presidents and princes, so the presidents and princes were jealous, and sought to set him up. Daniel was tested when he was thrown into the lions’ den, but the lions could not touch him because he was untouchable. Instead, Daniel 6:24 shows that Daniel’s accusers and their families were thrown into the same den and eaten by the same lions that they had in place to eat Daniel. In Daniel Chapter 3, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were tested when they were accused by the Chaldeans, and consequently, were thrown into a fiery furnace, but the fire could not touch them because they were untouchable (see Daniel 3:27). Even in the midst of their trial, the Lord was with them (see Daniel 3:24-25), and after their trial came a promotion (see Daniel 3:30). Elijah was untouchable even though Jezebel was after his life. David was untouchable although Saul continuously tried to kill him, and still took the throne as God had ordained. It doesn’t matter the test, trial or warfare that you may experience. Know that God is faithful to keep you, protect you, and bring you through to everything that He has promised you. Your destiny is secured. The Lord will keep you no matter what you may be walking through (see Isaiah 43:2), and will bring you out in total victory. The tables are turning in this season, and you will see a divine shift in your situation. The tables are turning in your favor, says the Lord.
