The Narrow Path That leads to the Narrow Door is the Path Of Grace .....it is the Path being followed by “ Receivers” , not “ Achievers”......The Bible clearly states that it us by GRACE that we are Saved and NOT by the Works, or Achievements that we have accomplished....are you depending on your good behavior, your church attendance , your giving of your money and your time,your ability to abstain from willful sins or your ability to use a Super Memory to remember ALL of your sins before you die and repent from all of them? This will be the mind-set of those outside the gates of Heaven who are actually bragging about what “ they” did to merit Heaven.....These will be the ones hearing Jesus say, “ I Never knew you”
Those on the Narrow Path That leads to the Narrow Door for Eternal Life are those with a different mind- set......these are the ones depending on Nothing But their Faith in the Gospel to save them.....they are NOT Trusting themselves and their Religion to save them....they know it was the death , burial and resurrection of Jesus and that ALONE was the only thing that Saved them.....they understood the songs that proclaimed , “Nothing of myself I bring, it’s only to the Cross that I cling”...... they understood the Truth Of “ without one plea , except that Thy Blood was Shed for me”...... they understood the song that most of the Sunday Country Clubs sing mindlessly week after week—- “ Nothing But The Blood Of Jesus” for Salvation .....They saw their hopeless, helpless condition before a Holy God and cried out to be Saved .....They understood that the Gospel Found In 1Cor15:1-4 was all about what God did for man and NOT what a man does for God....
There is no room for boasting, but those on the Wide Path , the Religious Church World, They are all about what “ they” did to GET Right and STAY right with God.....it’s all about their “ stellar” Performances.....it’s “ look what * I* did “ , as opposed to “ look at what Jesus did” —- an attitude where Jesus gets ALL of the Glory and you get NONE—— just the way God Wants it.....
If you have this boasting attitude , you will be the one that is on the wrong Path, headed for the Wrong Door.... you completely missed the Gospel and you have excluded yourself from the only thing that ever saved anybody—- GRACE! Grace Plus Nothing.....a Grace purchased FOR you by the Blood Of The Lamb....
If you are on that Wide Path Of Religious Achievement , you need to Repent Of it and come to your senses....Don't put your Faith in your Performance—- put your Trust in His Mercy and Grace and cry out to Him as the Sinful Tax-Collector did- Show the REAL Repentance That Saves —— cry out , “ Lord Jesus, have Mercy on me a Sinner” and Believe the Promise Of The God that can not lie——“ I will show Mercy to ALL of this that ask for it”......
It’s God’s Mercy and it’s God's Grace that has Saved every person that has ever “ been” saved.....you’ll find all of it that you need if you are on the Right Path.....Wake up and find the Way to that Narrow Gate .....it’s Jesus Plus Nothing....” Nothing But The Blood”.....God Bless....
