Prayer Against Demons

Praying darling....cover yourself with the love of Christ, cover your home, including all walls, ceiling and floor with the blood, close all open areas that the demonic comes from...anoint the windows and doors, and pray for the blood to wash all who enter your home, work place, your cars...place the helmet of salvation on and keep placing it on daily...

Good luck blue I will pray for you. What types of things are these demons doing to you ? What are they telling you ? Tell us a little bit about your life.

Once demons know that you know who they are (see Genesis 6 for the clue) and if you know that you are a son of God according to the scriptures, then you realize you are higher than the angels. We are god-beings, begotten of God which makes us the same, and from the beginning of time Lucifer was jealous of that, and the demons as well.

It sounds like you are bothered by Poltergeist activity, which are nothing more than powerful demons.

When one takes that stance, demons generally are afraid of such a believer as they are of God, considering you are of the same class so-to-speak.


Genesis 6 of course speak of the fallen angels and their resulting Nephilim. These creatures explain mythological gods, strange creatures such as big foot, aliens, poltergeists, and so forth.

Father I come in the name of Jesus,
I come first off to glorify your Holy and Righteous name and lift you up above the earth so all men can be drawn to you! I decree and declare that all contrary and divisive spirits have to flee from my house, car, workplace, family, and all my territory. I ask that you LORD release divine warring angels on assignment to implement with force my divine right in Jesus over all the principalities of satan. For you God have given power to tread upon snakes, scorpions,and all the power of the enemy and nothing by any means shall harm me! I tear down invisible barriers, prayer blocks, footholds, strongholds, defensive walls and legions of demons in the name of Jesus. I superimpose my spiritual inheritance in God and release my peace that is in Jesus. I lift my name into the heavenlies and ask that intercessors, watchmen, and prophetic snipers began to pray and intercede with me under the covering of my chief intercessor and high priest Jesus. I build prayer walls, hedges of protection, and the bloodline of Jesus to protect and defend me in Jesus' name. Amen!

it is just like Daniel in the Lion's den or his 3 friends in the fire furnace. One thing you must remember is that if you are a child of God, and have faith in Jesus nothing can harm you if you are standing on the word. It is the highest authority. 2 Tim. 1:7 confess you have not been given a spirit of fear. You are under a training which is to promote you not defeat you. Don't give in to pity believing no one is really understanding what I'm going through. We warriors have been down the same path.

Don't confess Satan's power, but only God's
deepen your commitment through prayer , that you will trust God in the furnace. 1Pet. 1:7
stay in the word for your own study. read 5 Psalms a day slowly and seek to apply any blessings by faith. You can do it because the captain of the Lord of hosts will help you. Heb.12:22 these are the hosts. Bless you. always in Jesus name

If you have given ground to the powers of darkness, you must deal with that first, then their hold on you will be broken in Jesus Name and you will be set free.

in Psalm 91: is the promise of protection under the wings of God. In Lk. 10:20 all spirits are made to be subject to us by our faith. That is if our names are in the Lamb's book of life.

Some of your problem may result due to spirits knowing you go to others for help. Not being critical here only helpful.
I humbly acknowledge that I am weak and the Lord is my strength to protect me from all harm.

Naturally there is a battle but it is a mouse---spirits---Jesus the lion who roars against those who try to harm us.

remember how Jacob was afraid Esau would kill him? Once he lay hold of Jesus the angel of the Lord and wrestled he was told you have prevailed. we must be like Jacob and wrestle in prayer saying Jesus you promised to protect me and deliver me---even of fear---2Tim. 1:7. Jacob had to act like he believed so he went and faced Esau. It turned out they were in peace.

Mind battles are overcome by filling the mind with comforting scripture. Isa. 61:1-3 rejoice and praise God and be filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit. If you don't have the baptism of power leave demons alone. tongues----perfect prayers in the Spirit also allow God to go to secret battle against our enemies.. Stay under the blood----just like Israel who kept the blood on the door posts and death cannot come in. Jesus our pass over 1Cor. 5:7 and his blood on the doors of our mind, eyes, ears, mouth, body, and spirit, and heart. is our protection from every spirit.

My prayers are to you concerning your personal trials that God will give you wisdom and grace.

We cannot send demons to the pit. we can only bind them--bind or loose. The pit thing is in reference to only what Jesus will do in future when for a 1,00000 years Satan bound in pit for the time of the Millennial kingdom established on earth. We must humbly approach the demon issue because we are far less able to deal with super powers--but must be Jesus dealing with them only. We must also respect holy angels because they are a superior race---of servants--
we are just those who can with prayer that Jesus will use the power invested by the Holy Spirit in us, to be our shield of faith. saying it is God and not us that is able to handle these powers, so we are safe by keeping in our mature place in the battle.

The devil uses our mistakes of pride against us in the courts of heaven. He is a legalist and looks for breaches and opened doors to say I have a right to be here and do this or that.. Hope all this was helpful to you and others.
