The absolute answer...and the following, must be done by national decree and not by a few individuals as it is being done now.

We have all of the spiritual, philosophical, technological and practical abilities to come to a place of perfection. When we believe and then act out that belief, it is called faith — we are to go into the world and give them the abilities we have been given. We are to freely teach other nations and cultures how to do the things we have already learned — the learned abilities that have given us the wonderful way of life we now possess.

Moreover, in essence, the process will be the downfall of Babylon. Because of the growth other nations with make from our freely giving to them, our Nation will fall from what we are now, by our growth from the state we are in now, to a new and higher way of life — Babylon will be replaced by a greater entity. The "what about me" attitude that we in the US and other modern/western cultural nations have now, will be replaced by all of the differing cultural aspects inculcated into our spirit, and then our acts of faith, when we freely help other nations engage in our growing form of life on this planet, will cause others to have the life we have been given.

This is simple, and, an absolute way for all of mankind to reach a place of perfection.

I am not the author of this truth — we must, and are now required, to partake of the "Tree of Life" and live.

There is no perfection of this present world, for God placed it in bondage, as we also in this flesh are in bondage waiting for the redemption of our bodies (Rom.8).

What you're talking about is man's idea of a perfect Utopian society of this present day world. That Utopian concept comes from those on earth that think 'they' can create God's Kingdom for theirselves. Man cannot do it, nor will man ever be able to do that.

When Christ returns to end this present world order, then all will fully understand why men have sought that Utopian ideal in their minds. Then they will understand that idea was a seed in their minds in hoping for a kingdom like God's Perfect Kingdom and Order that will eventually be established on earth through Jesus Christ, again.

But in the last days prior to Christ's return, God is going to allow those who rebel against Him think they can setup their fake Utopian ideal, allowing them to get only so far before destroying it...

Isa 8:9-17
9 Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.
10 Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.

God tells the nations to go ahead, associate yourselves, gird yourselves together, but you're going to be broken into pieces. He says it twice for emphasis.

11 For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
12 "Say ye not, 'A confederacy', to all them to whom this people shall say, 'A confederacy'; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

Isaiah was instructed to not walk in that way of the people who proclaim, "A confederacy", meaning a confederacy of nations joining together to try and create a one-world Utopian society. God said to not even have their fear, nor be afraid.

Fear is one of the main tools those use who are trying to form the "New World Order" today. It began with the League of Nations concept. If a nation is one of 5 major powers in the world, and the other four nations join together in a collective union (like the U.N.), the other nation will also join it out of fear. All the weaker nations will also join for fear of the power of the major players banded together. Collectivism is probably the most powerful concept the final beast kingdom will use to create a false world system for the last days. God said don't fear that confederacy, nor be afraid of it.

13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts Himself; and let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread.

Instead, fear The LORD of hosts Himself; let Him be your fear and your dread. Why? Because He is in control. For those wise enough to understand this, The LORD is letting us know that He is allowing... that false confederacy of nations trying to join together. This was not just for Isaiah's days; this pattern is about our times also, the last days, because this prophecy includes a Message about Christ's second coming.

14 And He shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Apostles Paul and Peter taught about this, Christ being a stone of stumbling upon unbelieving Israel, and upon the children of rebellion that were appointed to stumble (Rom.9 & 11, 1 Pet.2). If you understand about the scattered of the "house of Israel" (ten tribes) among the Gentiles, then this includes both Judah in Jerusalem today, and many of both the ten tribes and Gentiles in the Christian West.

15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

This idea of Christ being a stumbling so as to fall, being broken, snared, and taken, is about the great apostasy of God's people that is coming in our near future when the final Antichrist/false messiah appears on earth in place of Christ. So this Isaiah Scripture has a definite end-time reference to events leading up to Christ's return.

16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among My disciples.
17 And I will wait upon the LORD, That hideth His face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for Him.
(KJV)

The sealing of the law among Christ's disciples is about followers of Christ having regard for His commandments per His Word instead of playing religion with men's doctrines from the New World Order hosts. This was pointed out at the end of Revelation 12 about those who keep God's commandments and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ, specifically those of God's elect who the dragon goes after when he appears on earth for the future tribulation. We are not to bow to that coming Antichrist, but instead wait upon The LORD, and look for Him at His second coming after the false working of Satan.

Sounds a bit like "Kingdom Now" philosophy.

According to the Scriptures...."all of mankind" will never "reach a place of perfection".

I don't know how you arrive at the conclusion that Isaiah 8:9-17 is speaking of a one world utopian society.

And I'm not sure if Isaiah 8 is past or future.

If it is past. Then it's speaking of the invasion if Israel, Judah, and Syria. (2 kings 16:7-17, 41 and is a continuation of the Assyrian invasion of chapter 7. If it is future, there is no reason to assume this 'confederacy' is a global one. If it is future, then it is speaking of "the Assyrian anti-christ" whom Israel is told to not be afraid of the Assyrian. (Anti-christ)

"Isaiah 10:24 ¶Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt."

Isaiah 8:12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

In either case these verses do not speak of a global empire of the man of sin.

John 20:
19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Please do not place me in any denominational setting...

We cannot get to the Kingdom via accusation and responding to that which we deem to be incorrect. We must respond with the words of God, which are truth.

Hebrews 4:
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Revelation 21:
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Our labours will usher the Kingdom and the "day" of rest (where our eye is single) into a world of unrighteousness, which is the last "days" (where our eye is full of evil). So Christ Jesus says, "...Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you."

Revelation 21:
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal...

When all unbelieving is gone the earth will be covered with the Light of the Lord and the Lamb is the Light thereof.

Revelation 21:
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

America (or any other nation) has nothing good in itself, and nothing it can teach that could give others new life. All you can do with human strength is change things on a human level. Nicer walls, nicer house, nicer pay, more comfortable life... But when this world ends, the people can bring none of it into the next life, and if we are dressed in rags and blind spiritually, what are all these physical things good for?

We are called to another Kingdom and a new life. This world can neither contain it nor give it. It comes from God and exists only in Him.

Babylon cannot fall by the building of more others like Babylon. We cannot seek to save this life, otherwise we will lose it.

The Lord calls us to give this life up, and take up His.

Can you see the Kingdom of God? Tell me about it...

Those who live in the last "days" (plural) are playing a fools game...We must go beyond the last daze and into that place where there is no darkness.

Mt 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
Lu 11:34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

We are the body of Christ and our eye must be single and the only place for that singularity is to see the Kingdom of God.

You can assign the whole Book of Isaiah as history if you want, but you'll miss specific Scripture mixed within historical events that never came to pass. Isaiah 8 has those. Some are able to see it, others aren't able.

Is it to be seen with physical eyes?

[sup]Rev 3:17[/sup]Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
[sup]18[/sup]I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
[sup]19[/sup]As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Our own physical eyes are deceptive. But we must be born of the Spirit so that we can see in the Spirit. We cannot destroy Babylon by building a 'better' Babylon.

You said "We have all of the spiritual, philosophical, technological and practical abilities to come to a place of perfection."

But that is false. There is nothing good in man, and only in Christ can we come to that place of perfection. Only He is perfect and only IN him can we become like Him.

We cannot build a tower to heaven, which is the equivalent of what you're proposing. Our war is with powers and principalities, and it's in the Spirit.

All of you...Please read what I wrote. You all seem to be looking for the bad in others and not the good...only God is good! Give Spirit and Life away, moreover, Jesus said, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."—John 6:63

"The absolute answer...and the following, must be done by national decree and not by a few individuals as it is being done now."

Revelation 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

We have all of the abilities to preach the Gospel to all of the nations on this planet — God has given these abilities to us. We can go to the world with computers as we are doing here and now. We know all of the spiritual, philosophical, technological abilities other nations, and the unbelievers in our nation have, and we can supersede these earthly powers with the truth of the Gospel — we are not to join with them in their ways of man. We are to labor to enter the day of rest and that means we are to, en masse (as one), go into the world as Christ Jesus did for us. We cannot do this, however, until we come together and see the Kingdom of God — we must be born again via the Words Christ Jesus has given us — those Words are God and we are to give them away with all of the accoutrements given to us by God and the Lamb to reach all of the nations of the world with His Words. Then, and only then, will all on the earth, in the last day, see the Kingdom of God and His righteousness coming down from Heaven.

Please, I beg of you, read the following verses in their entirety:

Mt 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
Mr 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Lu 7:28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.
Lu 10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
Lu 10:11 Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
Lu 11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
Lu 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
Lu 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Lu 21:31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
Ro 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
1Co 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

1Pe 4:6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

Brother, you seem to really have a heart for the Gospel and Kingdom.

But if I understand you right, you seem to have this idea of what the kingdom is to become NOW, and how we are to do that. Here is the problem I see. The Lord has everything in control. He is preparing people and setting the stage. But only he knows exactly what it's going to look like and what will happen. We can do nothing to advance the kingdom but preaching without being sent of the Lord... If this happens it has to be by the power and the Spirit of the Lord.

I am only afraid that we would try to build, but be using wood, hay, and stubble.

We must travail in prayer and in the Spirit and let God orchestrate it.

Brother, if I have misunderstood you, forgive me, and please help me understand what you are saying :)

By the way, I like your fervor ;)

Blessings in the Lord Jesus Christ!

THE Gypsy: I know nothing of the "Kingdom Now" philosophy...

Prentis: You do misunderstand. The Kingdom of God is here on this earth, as we communicate — I can see the Kingdom of God, I am born again. The Kingdom of God is that place of rest and we are to labor to enter His rest. There are to many who think we cannot do anything because God will do all — wrong!!! Christ Jesus came into the world with forgiveness and changed those around Him — He said that we should go into the world and do the same — He said that we would do greater things than he — Our works are nothing, however, when we do the works of the Lord, the world will soon walk in the Light and the Glory of God the Father and the Lamb — the Kingdom of God is nigh at hand and the Lord Christ is waiting for those who are yet to believe. We are to give our lives so others might have life — Christ Jesus is the Light and the Life that is in us..."Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."—Lu 17:21 I dare say that if you are on this earth and the Kingdom is "within" you, the Kingdom of God is on this earth. "For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh."—2Co 4:11

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Heb 4:
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Lu 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

Lu 9:27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

I agree with everything you just said RIGHT THERE :)

But I disagree that we have all the tools and that we can somehow build. We can do nothing of eternal worth, only Christ THROUGH us can.

We do not have the tools, and it is not in our will or time, but the Father decides.

We do not have the tools, and it is not in our will or time, but the Father decides.
We have all of the tools. We are sons of God — we who believe are now the body of Christ Jesus. We have the Spirit of God in us. The Words Christ Jesus gave to us are Spirit and they are Life — His Words are the tools. We know (have access to...) all of the philosophical drivel man has brought to the fore, including the denominational separations of man's teachings. Moreover, while giving love, even to our enemies, we have the tools to bring life to all who will believe — those who will not believe will fall to the wayside. As Christ Jesus did, we learn the variances of man that led them from God the Father, and we use the tools given to us by God to lead nation upon nation into the Light and Glory of the Lord. Because of the Bible, the Words of God, the Christian community has been given the way for all of man to be saved...our labor is to go into the world and, as did Christ Jesus, show them the Way. We have cars and planes and boats to get us there — they are tools given to us by God. We have the ability to translate and school others as God did for us through Christ Jesus — these abilities/talents enable us to achieve the goals of Jesus Christ. Get my point — we have the tools. That which keeps us from doing this is our inner fightings, one group/denomination with the other — more than that, we, by and large, live in the last days (plural) and by so doing, cannot (find it difficult to) bypass the evil the last days bring. We put ourselves in a position as gods, knowing good and evil, and spend most of our time searching for that which is wrong in others, instead of choosing that which is, and capitalizing on, the good others bring forth. When we live in the last "day" our eye will be single and we will be full of light — a light greater than that of the sun and the moon — we all will reside within the Son of God, Christ Jesus, and He will reside within all of us — there will be no night there. Yes, we do have the tools, we just choose to deny that we do. However, if we change our ways, and stop looking for the evil in others, and begin to see that which is good in others (Christ Jesus is, "...the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world."), then, one by one as others are saved by Christ, "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."1Cor 15:52 And, "Death is swallowed up in victory."

The resultant:
2Co 5:1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

The following tells us that if all who believe get out there and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to all of the world all the tools will be supplied:

1Ti 5:18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

Luke 12:
27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

We need to discontinue accusing each other and keep our eye on the last day...

We cannot mentally plan the work of God. God must call us and give us life.

I agree with alot of what you say.

But I see a big flaw in it. We cannot do the plans. We cannot make an action plan. That is God's place! He is the Master, he calls, he sends, he empowers, he anoints... And he changes everything! Not us!

Big difference with how Christ's Kingdom came spiritually to those who believe on Him, vs. it's LITERAL physical establishing here on earth with His direct Presence, which God's Word declares with Christ's second coming sometime in our future.

What an absolute load of naive rubbish.

Only Christ Jesus can bring life and sanity to the world.

The united States government has NEVER been interested in altruistic motivations regarding other nations.
We have ALWAYS been motivated to suck the life out of them for our own interests.
Every war, every gift, every so called act of charity on the part of American government has been to reap where we did not sow and to harvest with interest that which we gave.

That there has been a Christian community living within our borders has been an act of grace by God.
That this community has on occasion acted with selfless grace is due to God's mercy and not our own.

If there is to be a hope for tomorrow, that hope is ONLY in the person of Jesus Christ.
Certainly not Washington, DC.
God help us, God save us from the machinations of the corruption of our leaders.

Praise God for our deliveance in Jesus.
