Psalm 18:1-3

Psalm 40 is a similar one, re. the 'horrible pit', the 'miry clay', the feet set upon a rock, and the 'new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God'.
That one really gives the details on her helping the Jews, her imprisonment in a concentration camp and learning to trust in God.
What was the good thing about living in a place infested with lice? The lice discouraged the prison guards from entering in...
