Imagination of sex...

Satan often uses our physical urges against us whether it be sex or over eating of food not good for us, or drinking alcohol ext.. You have been given authority over him and your thoughts,but you must exercises that power. When these thoughts start to come to your mind start praying to God to make them and leave. If you indulge yourself in them they will lead you into sin.

Pray to God for strength.Say this chant to yourself whenever you feel an urge coming forth. "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations." How old are you?

Also, If thoughts continue and you are alone at home, get out the Word and read... its very difficult to continue thinking about anything but what you are reading... also know that these thoughts, do not define who you are... You are a Princess and a Child of the King of the Universe...so act like her!.. much love to you.. I have been through this as a woman who is much older and single... you can take control...

Ask the Lord to clear your mind. And find other things to do. Play some video games. Morrowind and Oblivion are big time wasters .

What to do when sometimes i always like to imagine of sex...i want to get rid of this imagination but cannot...what can i do...while i'm a christian ..although i try my best to dont imagine of it but sometimes the hormones will raise it up...what can i do??it let me feel that i'm dirty....and i'm a girl not a boy..i think i have too much of male's hormones...anyonne can help me?
1st. If you often imagine of sex, then change it to often remembering die . After that, you imagine what you have done for God by doing imangine of sex.2nd. It is good for you, if you often read Word of God. And in every time you got that imagination coming to your mind just praise God name so you can remember God in your soul and mind.3rd. Take a lot of discuss with God's Word claim, wether in Bible, nor in the Quran, nor in the Hindus book, also in Buddhist Book, etc. So take your time in reading every thing that can increase your faith to God. By reading thoses book with clean heart, not judging bad on every of it, and use clear mind(positive thinking).4th. Keep close with the people who were close with God rather than others.5th. Stay away from any of fornication stuff, or pornographi stuff.6th. Everytime your mine be full fill of it, get struggle over it, until you can control it.7th. This is the most important think to you, my friend , preparing your self to really want to release it. Always build up your spirit to stop over this bad behaviour. So If you failed for everything you try to stop it, don't you ever give up on that failure. Always keep your spirit to struggle or fight over it.8th. If still that move doesn't stop you from doing so, my suggestion to you is, you should getting married. Amoy, what you are experiencing as a young woman is completely natural, there's nothingwrong with it so don't feel guilty or dirty, it's not! If you believe in God, then God made you that way and one day it will make sense when you will share it with someone special. As a growing teenager, it is perfectly natural to imagine sex. I totally agree with Sibotash.

I have never understood why religions seek to supress the simple act of procreation. It is one of the most natural things to happen. Sex, of course, is the only way there will be more people to carry on their belief structure, yet they seek to vilify and condemn it to the point that they say it is an affront to god to have sex? Sounds to me like a philosophical suicide. If sex is so terrible and immoral, then why do any believers reproduce? Why stifle the advancement of the human species?

Wrong it says sex outside of marriage is wrong you are only thinking about modern times where there is birth control in a world you can choose to have a child or not it wasnt always that way and women can work todayhow was a single mother supposed to care for a child in societies of the past where they were not educated could not work???? God gives us laws that are practical and will make us have the best lives what has the world gained from illigemate children,single parents absent fathers is it better??? You need to expand your mind past what you just know today the Bible was a guide from the beginning of time to the end

I am always expanding my mind and knowledge which is why I see my self different from the steadfastly immutable religious type. I am always open to new ideas and theories, unlike most non-atheists whom will always stay impervious to science and logical theory and hypothesis.
