Jude 6-7
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
KJV

Notice how the Jude 7 verse is comparing back to that 6th verse about the fallen angels of Genesis 6.

The Greek word for "estate" is 'arche' (NT:746), meaning 'power, principality, magristrate'. And "habitation" means 'residence'.

That reveals what those angels of Genesis 6 did when coming to earth was different than what other angels did when appearing on earth, like the two angels that appeared to Lot in Genesis 19.

Those "sons of God" of Genesis 6 left their original state, meaning we cannot say they were in the same type of existence after they left the heavenly. Other angels described in God's Word did not do that. This is why those angels of Genesis 6 have been locked in Tartaroo, the deepest part of the abyss (2 Peter 2:4) in chains, until the judgement.

Angels do not and never have had intimate relations with themselves or people.

It seems to me that only a corrupt mind would entertain such musings.

Just a side note, the word 'celestial' simply means the heavenly sky, stars, etc., not Heaven where God and the angels dwell which is in a different dimension than our universe. Ever heard of Celestial Navigation? It means navigating by the stars. The stars are actually part of our material universe.

they could manifest in human form as God provides

Their having left their original estate and habitation per Jude does point to that.

But there's no Biblical evidence that an angel must take on a flesh body just to appear on earth as men.

Genesis 6 shows that those angels saw the daughters of men, that they were fair (beautiful).

That reveals those angels lusted... after flesh woman, and this is likely the idea of their going after 'strange flesh' per Jude 6-7 involving fornication.

It suggests they wanted the same privileges of flesh born men, even though they were not to be born through woman.

“For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.” (Matthew 22:30)

Angels do not marry and surely God is not allowing fornication in heaven!
A simple yet very DIRE TRUTH my friend . Me thinks too many are going under fables and not under biblical doctrine .

No they cannot have sex!

no they do not marry! Matt 22:30

Hebrews 1:5
For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this dayhave I begotten thee? And again, Iwill be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

no Gen 6 does not refer to fallen angel marrying and have offspring with human women

who are the sons of God?
Who are the great men of renown?

good give some answers then

can angels marry?
Can angels have sex?

This will answer your questions

(Luke 20:27-40)

Matthew 22:23-33 That same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question. 24 “Teacher,” they said, “Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and have children for him. 25 Now there were seven brothers among us. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26 The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh. 27 Finally, the woman died. 28 Now then, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?” 29 Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. 31 But about the resurrection of the dead—have you not read what God said to you, 32 ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.”
