>The Divine Exchange.<

Let me show you what this is....

Jesus is ""the LIVING Bread come down from Heaven."
He said....."I am from above, and you are from below".

Jesus came to give His body and blood and righteousness, to = "all who believe".
This is "the Gift of Salvation".
The blood and body that Jesus gave on the Cross .. John 3:16, takes care of ALL your sin, and the RIGHTEOUSNESS of Christ, becomes you, as a SON/Daughter OF GOD< "a new creation IN CHRIST">... when you do the ""work of God.""

""The work of God""......is......."to believe in Jesus whom God sent".

If you believe, then Jesus said this to YOU... """All that believe in me, i give unto them (you) Eternal Life, and you shall never perish ""...

Now, all of that is the "Divine Exchange"... its where God, Virgin born, meets the sinner and makes them His Son/Daughter, using the Cross of Christ.

Where exactly does God meet you.? God meets you IN your Faith.
How does He meet you? = He meets your faith with the Cross of Christ.
And what Happens?
There is a DIVINE EXCHANGE.

Look at this next verse from 2 Corinthians, that defines the Divine Exchange.. and you must have this Divine exchange to go to heaven.

2 Corinthians 5:21.....

For God has made JESUS (on the Cross) to be SIN for us....who knew no sin....that WE might be MADE... THE...RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD...in Him.... "In Christ".

Notice it says that God did this that you <MIGHT> become..("be made")

The reason it says MIGHT< is because you have to BELIEVE< and you might not.
You might instead be water baptized and try to "be like Christ", and die and go to hell.
But if you do the work of God, and "Believe on JESUS WHOM GOD SENT">...
IF you do, then God takes your Sin and has Jesus JUDGED for them all on the Cross.... And Christ's Righteousness is given to you, as "the Gift of Righteousness", and you become "made Righteous".

This is the DIVINE EXCHANGE.

Welcome To : SALVATiON.

Its a GIFT.

I would call the "divine exchange" is taking us from our sin nature, the old man of sin to the divine nature of God.

We were sinners, and Jesus exchanges our sin to freedom from sin, without which we cannot be righteous. Our recreated nature free from sin is now a divine nature of God worthy to be called a child of God. 1 John 3:1-3. And we keep ourselves free by His Spiritual Power. 1 John 5:18. Romans 8:9

2 Peter 1:2-4.
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Romans 6:6-7
6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. 7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.

.

Taking you from your sin nature to the divine nature of God would be the END RESULT of the Divine Exchange.
The Divine Exchange is the process of God doing that for you, Through the Cross of Christ.
This is Salvation, and the end result is to have become "one with God", 'in Christ", which is to partake of the Divine Nature.

This is to become Born again, Spiritually, in Union with the Spirit of God.

Salvation is truly a gift Be. But it does have requirements correct? One of those requirements is calling upon God's name according to Romans 10:13. What is meant by that however, does praying to Jehovah 1 time in an individuals life guarantee salvation? No! Jesus stated openly that those who are saved do Jehovah's will Mat 7:21; and they endure in doing that will their entire lives Mat 24:13

Salvation is not anything you do.
You can't earn God's forgiveness of your sin.... as Salvation is a GIFT. "the GIFT of Salvation"
All you can do is present yourself to God, by Faith in Christ.
God will accept your faith as "Faith is counted as Righteousness" and you are "Justified by faith" "without works".

AFTER this has happened, AFTER God has saved you, after you are born again.... then what you are talking about is DISCIPLESHIP that follows Salvation.

This is the "present your body a living sacrifice"....... but you dont do that to BE saved or to try to stay saved..., you do it because God HAS SAVED YOU, already.= Born Again.

So, the HERETIC, tries to insert...."self effort", as a part of God's SALVATION>......and that denies that the Cross of Christ is the Only Way to God.
That denies the Word of Jesus who said i am THE WAY.. John 14:6
So, when YOU try to add YOUR WORKS to "THE WAY", you are denying the Cross and insulting the Grace of God.

So, its a fine thing to talk about all your works, and post all your works verses, as long as you are not trying to prove that by works you are saved, or through works God accepts you, or based on works you keep yourself saved... as all that is LEGALISM, and Legalism is anti-Cross Theology.
Dont be that one.

You are using a Parable to try to teach something literal.
Never use a parable or a symbolic verse to try to deny the Cross of Christ or the Grace of God, as you are doing.

If you do look at Matthew 25:30........notice that this PARABLE is talking to a """"SERVANT.""""

Now, those who are born again are SON'S of God.
"SON's".
See the difference.
That verse is not talking to SON's of God, who are born again.

And in Matt 7:21 the verse states that there is a will of God.
And the Will of God, is that everyone believes in Jesus.
That's God's will for you, me, and everyone.
What is the result of NOT BELIEVING?
= "depart from me, i never knew you". = You die and go to Hell, because you have not done God's will, and you exist HERE.... John 3:36

You got it Be, you have to do God's will. So then one has to figure out what God's will is. We can discern from those who are destroyed upon Jesus' return what they did not do, they didn't know God, or obey the gospel of Christ correct? 2 Thes 1:8 So it is imperitive that we know as much as we can about Jehovah, and find out His requirements for us so that we can obey them. Do you know the assignment given to Christians sir?

Every born again believer has "figured out the will of God".

Its this..

"Believe on Jesus, whom God sent."

Let us know when you've figured it out.

All Christians believe on Jesus Be. Would you be so kind as to define what it means to believe sir?

"faith comes by hearing". "hearing by the Word of God".

"all that call on the name of Jesus shall be saved"
Jesus said, "all that believe in ME, i give them Eternal Life, and they shall never perish".
Jesus said, "you must be born again".

To be born again, is to have believed and your "faith is counted as righteousness" and God birth's your spirit into His Spirit by the Holy Spirit.
This is to BECOME...."a new Creation", "in Christ"..'" One with God"...having received the "Gift of Salvation" that is "the Gift of Righteousness"

= to have become a : SON of God.

Yes sir, Christians whether born again or not know the will of God. Belief in Jesus of course is high in being part of Jehovah's will. No doubt those of Mat 7:21-23 believed in Jesus, yet Jesus personally called them workers of lawlessness. Is there any reason that you can think of for him to do this Be?

Because all people are sinners. Romans 3:23

All have broken the "law" and "commandments" and in fact live in sin.

"There is NONE Righteous, no not one". Romans 3:10

So, that is everyone, and for us to go to Heaven, we have to have the righteousness of God.
Well, if there are NONE Righteous, how do we get it, as if we die not having it, we go to HELL.

A.) The Gift of Righteousness
2.) The Gift of SALVATION

Having those, is to be : SAVED

This is God giving to each believer the "righteousness of God in Christ".
This is to become BORN AGAIN, and exist "IN CHRIST" as a "new Creation".

I would call the "divine exchange" is taking us from our sin nature, the old man of sin to the divine nature of God.

Well said. That is the exchange. The problem is that Satan daily wants to resurrect the old man of sin and we must crucify him daily, as Paul did - but most "Christians" in the names of "believe in Christ" and "freedom in Christ" not only refuse to do so, but they reserve for him a seat every morning at the breakfast table.

man of sin and we must crucify him daily, as Paul did -

Paul never said that he "crucifies the old man over and over".
What Paul said was that the "old man is dead" "crucified with Christ".....so, you don't re-crucify the dead.
What you do, Paul teaches, is "reckon the old man dead".
How do you do that?
But coming into the "renewed' mind........as Paul teaches you are to "renew" your mind.
And the way you do that is to recognize that a born again person is not the "previous". They are a NEW CREATION, that exists IN GOD, and God has a new perspective of a SON of God, who is no longer a unsaved unbeliever.
THe SON, is a born again Spiritual "New Creation", and the renewed mind is to exist in this reality.
What reality?
That the born again have become "the righteousness of GOD, in Christ".......as that is the NEW CREATION, the born again.
Living in that understanding, is to find the renewed mind, and maintaining that understand, is to renew your mind.

Paul said, "I die daily". He daily crucified the old man of "self" that kept resurrecting every morning. Let's not pretend our old nature doesn't constantly attempt to rise up, whether fighting rush hour traffic, while on the job taking direction from diversity hires who can't even spell "competence" let alone demonstrate it, or especially when dealing with the saints whose horns, fangs, and claws are sharpest of all.

Paul said, "I die daily".

Yes he said that..
But the context is not the old man of sin that is already crucified with Christ.
The context is....."its is not i who live"..... See that? "but Christ who lives in me".
So, "I who live", is not talking about Paul's old man of sin... Its talking about Paul's immersion "In Christ", so that He exist's here... "as many as be perfect".... "Christ always gives me the Victory".

If you are dealing with your old man, as you have now told us.... that is because as you have now defined yourself, you are trying to work your way into heaven by different types of self effort, including "enduring".
So, first, if you are born again, and not just water baptized and religious... you have to learn what it means to have become a new creation in Christ, as once you learn that, you wont be on a forum trying to prove you can work your way into heaven by the self effort of "enduring", Phoneman777

Your preaching Greek occult nonsense, the same "self esteem" message expounded by Freemason Robert Shuller, founder of the mega-church movement. Listen, we're immersed in Christ or living for ourselves, got it? There's no Spiritual Switzerland. "I die daily" means Paul had to crucify the old nature that constantly rose up each morning.
If you are dealing with your old man, as you have now told us.... that is because as you have now defined yourself, you are trying to work your way into heaven by different types of self effort, including "enduring".
Didn't Paul tell us there's a war between our mind and members that wages daily?
Didn't Paul tell us we're to "strive against sin" as Jesus did daily?
Didn't Jesus tell us to take up our Cross daily?
If you're not daily dying to self and crucifying the old man of sin, you're like the swimmer who's ceased to swim against the current and instead is now lazily drifting along with it toward a deadly waterfall up ahead, all the while smiling contently and totally oblivious to the danger.
if you are born again, and not just water baptized and religious... you have to learn what it means to have become a new creation in Christ, as once you learn that, you wont be on a forum trying to prove you can work your way into heaven by the self effort of "enduring", Phoneman777

If you don't feel the devil trying to slow you down and turn you around, your headed in the wrong direction.
