Hey for a few months we had to use a laundromat. One daughter volunteered to do the laundry. Cool. Told her all money she found in the dryer she could keep. One day I stuffed 50 one dollar bills in a couple of pair of jeans for her to wash. Made her day! Took up a whole page in her diary, with her artwork...of ones’ floating in the dryer. LOL
Did you ever tell her you planted the cash?

Did you know that...I did not know anything about other members theology until I came to ChristianitBoard? I only knew the salvation message and followed the verses about going into the world making disciples...I also did not know that soteriology referred to the study of the salvation message?
Pretty much ditto here as well.
I’ve been more of a reader than listener of preaching, and my choice of reading is Scripture.
This forum has all kinds of theological “terms” and individuals ‘practice’ methods that are bizarre to me.
Same here! I never heard the terms dispensationalist, cessationists, Calvinist, and numerous other terms used here....I am not into labels...don't want to label anyone, and I don't care what others are...I am here to fellowship and learn and be encouraged by others as well as be on to edify and encourage back.
But as you said...all I knew was Christian views as a whole teaching the message of salvation and making disciples.

Did you know if you have ant mounds and shovel a bit of one mound to another they will kill each other? Early day they are most active and good time to crisscross them. No chemicals!!
How is this even relevant to what I posted? Are you referring to the ads that are quite the pain in the neck?

Wow, awesome tid bit of info! Although, why would we do that anyhow, do they destroy gardens and such?
Ants can do damage to plants, and grass. Don’t like them in the garden when picking vegetables. All ants bite, some hurts more than others. We primarily get large mounds in the woods and fields. We have trails through the woods we regularly use and animals in the fields. Step in a pile and they can be all over you in seconds. Fire ants bites could in some instances kill a person.
