@LadyofFireandLace, If you get any more helpful videos in regards to how to heal from eye contact anxiety difficulty, if you can try to post it here, thanks so much!
To be honest @thelord's_pearl, the only two things that ever helped me with social anxiety were ashwaghanda and having to get a job.

I hadn't worked at all in public and I had fear just going shopping alone.

Then all of a sudden I *really, really* had no choice and had to change overnight. Every once in a while I know I'm being a little socially awkward but other people are too so ... I started realizing, it's just human nature, and not to be bothered by it.

Update: So I feel I can look at people close to me in their eyes quite a lot or mostly naturally and no anxiety, that has improved, but I sometimes can't look into certain new people's eyes, certain people I can, certain people I can't, or if there's more people I find that I can't look into their eyes so I ask for prayer on this that I can look into everyone's eyes one day soon without eye contact anxiety and God will get into the root of this, that it's still possible :( Thank you everyone.

Not being able to make eye contact with people might have been a natural response of a holy woman in the spirit:

“While they behold your chaste manner of life coupled with fear… even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.” (1 Peter 3:2-4)

Yes, that’s the reaction to sound biblical doctrine these days…

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

gobbledy gook.....you quote out of context and then have the front to claim that your statements are sound doctrine.

So these things are NOT of great price in the sight of God?

What “context” makes this scripture void?

update: I also want to add that I seem to not really be able to look at people as long as I want to or as long as it can be even though I can look at them. I know the root of the problem which I've said in the beginning but I'd like God to give me the help I need for the root of the problem. Anyway, that's all, thanks.
