Could I suggest that verse 15 would be better understood if it had been translated in this manner: -
I will plant them in their fertile field, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the fertile field I have given them," Says the LORD your God.
Sort of fits better with the parable of the Sower, do you not think so?

Candidates registered with the FEC, as running for the US Presidential position.

And there is that little “validation” of natural born citizenship thingy...

Neither party is "pro-Christian". As lawless as the Democrats are, the Republicans are speeding towards the same destination at a slower pace. There are LGBT Republicans, Trump himself is a straight ally of the LGBT movement(i strongly advise religious Trump supporters to do in-depth research about the pro-LGBT policies that he conveniently fails to mention at his rallies), there are Republicans who are pro-abortion, and there are militant Republican atheists.
The "conservative" evangelicals' belief that the Rep somehow represents God and fights on His behalf is simply not grounded in reality, but in the same kind of ignorant, self-deceptive, self-righteous thinking that caused the bloodbath during the Catholic Crusades.
When a person objectively studies at the Bible and place their silly little political ideologies to the side, they could quickly reach the conclusion that both parties are against God's interests, both for this country and its citizens. However, people won't do that because their need to fit in with other people demands them to place their loyalty to a human movement above being loyal to their Maker.
Gamaliel once warned that any movement that is led by humans will always come to nothing in the long term(Acts 5:34-39), and it says a lot about modern "Christians" that they really believe that the Republican party is an exception to that rule just because Trump puts on a pro-Christian charade. If anything, it just goes to prove how history repeats itself when people refuse to learn from it.
The Jewish state erroneously calling itself "Israel" is actually prophetic Judah. One of the most ignorant things a reader can do is apply all prophetic references to Israel in the OT specifically to the Jewish state in the Middle East. Zech. 14:1-2 and other passages show that the Jews will experience national slavery for a final time shortly before Christ return, so Amo. 9:15 clearly hasn't been fulfilled yet.

No, but I do have the source Hebrew text that the verse was translated from which backs up my paraphrase. Even Jesus gave us this same hint in the Parable of the Sower. The translators also accepted this understanding in Isa. 58 if you are careful to see and hear in the manner in which they translated the chapter.

I'm a Brit and am therefore neutral about US politics, but if I was asked who I liked most, I'd say the Reps, because it seems the Dems stand for everything rotten and anti-christian, so therefore maybe we're seeing the fulfilment of these verses-

"To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled" (Titus 1:15)
As for Trump, their knives have always been out for him because he said stuff like below that stuck in their craws-

Sure, in olden times the jews were God's blue-eyed boys and gals because they were a bit more civilised than heathen nations, so he had their backs in preparation for sending Jesus there.
But then they blotted their copybook by killing his Son, oops, and they've been badmouthing Jesus ever since, so the only way they can try to save their sorry derrieres is if they repent and become Christians BEFORE they die, it's exactly the same deal for all nonchrisians everywhere-
