Brethren, after forgiving 'the woman taken in adultery' Jesus said “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (John 8:12). Have you ever given the phrase "light of life" any deeper consideration or wondered what it was? Tonight's sermon will answer that question and so much more. Jesus once told John the Revelator “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending” (Revelation 1:8) making Him the very Creator of that same Light and Savior of Israel. Let's begin:

Turn to the very first page of the Bible and begin reading; “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day”(Gen 1:1-5).

Alpha God creates the heavens and the earth and there's no length of time given. This section of scripture features the infamous 'tôhû va bôhû' period meaning an age when that same earth became without form and void or “laid waste” (Strong's H#8414). Consider the playing field, two kingdoms - heaven and earth. There's also two elements - darkness and light. Darkness has reign over the void until the Creator says “Let there be light” and only this Light is considered good condemning the darkness giving all strength to the sacred Light.

Once divided, this time period is known as "the first day" or a thousand years (II Peter 3:8). As it takes the sun to measure a proper day, Jesus Christ is later foreordained in this verse; “Unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall” (Malachi 4:2). Already we can see that the Light is superior and the darkness is a pale comparison, this is important for understanding

Skip forward to the fourteenth verse of Genesis 1 to continue reading; “God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so” (Gen 1:14-15). These are entirely different 'days' of creation and thousands of years apart so it can not be a re-telling of the same account, this light gives life to the earth's new foliage.

Consider that this is the fourth day and the Creator generates lesser lights not only to illuminate the earth's gloom but for further dividing the formerly created day (Light) and night (darkness). God is the divine author of the universe holding all the cards for His people, only He chooses the positions of these lesser lights. Later Jesus commands us “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16) and “Ye are the light of the world”(Matthew 5:14).

Let's continue, this next part is very important; “God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good” (Genesis 1:16-15). Stars represent the sons of god or angels in scripture (Job 38:7) so naturally the greater and lesser lights represent Christ and the adversarial paths.

Bearing in mind what we've covered thus far, consider this verse by Paul found in I Thessalonians 5:5; “Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.” When teaching on false prophets, he also clarifies; “Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works (II Corinthians 11:14-15).” These verses confirm there are abundant "lesser lights."

For example, the moon doesn't generate any light of its own but instead reflects the Sun while antichrist really means "instead of Christ." Both illustrations are inferior but attempt to give the illusion that they are the genuine Light which is Christ alone. This also means that the war is between two factions, those who follow the authentic Light and those who follow the artificial minor light. No real surprise, the Bible teaches that; “Yahweh hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil” (Proverbs 16:4).

Knowing that “By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent” (Job 26:13) should convince you that it was only by God's hand that Eve was tempted in the garden of Eden. Like a divine and intricate game, the field players are offered two paths from the very beginning - the Light or darkness. This is why predestination is taught so adamantly in scripture, mankind is either given eyes to see or blinded from the onset of creation (Matthew 13:15). Simply put, one is either chosen by God or he isn't.

When teaching about earning treasure in heaven, Jesus said; “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness” (Matthew 6:21-23)! If a Christian is focused on God and inclines his direction towards righteousness alone he will be greatly blessed by Yahweh with wisdom and a pure mind.

John's epistle begins by saying; “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not” (John 1:1-5). Here again we see a distinction between the Light and darkness but are also taught that the genuine Light is life (also meaning that darkness is death).

Further proving that Jesus is God, Paul tells us this about Christ; “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence” (Colossians 1:16-18). So what does all this mean?

Back to John's epistle for a moment, he further elaborates that the Word (that was God) “was made flesh, and dwelt among us” (John 1:14) again confirming that Jesus is Yahweh. We also know that if an individual chooses to set his eyes towards the things of the world or fleshly desires that he will also eventually become engulfed by that darkness, this is why one must always seek the true Light. Those without any light can only stumble around in darkness as if they're totally blind, many appear to be Christian but really aren't.

When speaking of John the Immerser, John said that he “came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light [Jesus], which lighteth every man that cometh into the world” (John 1:7-9). It's because Jesus is this precious Light that the antichrist have no real chance of redemption. “If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch” (Matthew 15:14) but it's guaranteed they'll argue for hours on the way down.

Christians are to seek the truth in all things from the Word of God (John 17:17) but no man can even read without light. If we seek Jesus first while shunning the darkness we can also reap great rewards and not live as the blind masses. Christ has given His preordained bride special gifts by way of discernment and no treasure on earth is worth losing a jot of wisdom. Understand that God is all things to all people, He is a demon to the wicked and a Savior to those who seek His righteous ways. Like John, always witness to that Light.

Jesus teaches; “I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness” (John 12:46) so further assessment may be necessary to fully comprehend His teachings on this matter. As the title suggests, this analysis will be more prophetical dealing with the son of perdition and building upon the groundwork we've already laid down. That being said, let's now begin:

Before teaching that the Law was eternal and that no "jot nor title" shall ever pass (Matthew 5:17-19), Jesus spoke these words; “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:14-16). Those who know their Shepherd are the literal children born of Light.

Take notice that (in man) it is our works that show forth the light given to us by our Creator. As the Rock is Christ (I Corinthians 10:4) who gave us the eternal Law, it is up to man to decide between the ways of God or that of regular man (Joshua 24:15). Peter plainly teaches Christians that; “We ought to obey God rather than men” (Acts 5:29) so whenever the two clash we must follow the unchanging ways of Yahweh transcribed in His eternal Law. This theme of "works" is exactly why Jesus continued teaching on the Law.

For a perfect example, John taught “because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth” and “He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes” (I John 2:8-11). Loving ones people is essential and a flawless way of shining our "light" before man.

When teaching about the returning King and His dominion, Jesus said; “For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken”(Matthew 24:28-29). Knowing that the stars of heaven represent the sons of God (angels) should help clarify why Jesus equates this great time of mixing to the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37).

This post-tribulation period is the time of the fourth angel and symbolizes a time of great trying; “The fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.” This time of falling stars (or grigori) comes only after the "great star" called Wormwood (meaning “bitter herb”) falls upon man poisoning them with acrimony (Revelation 8:10-13).

Understand that the Bible teaches God is omnipotent meaning all-powerful or all things: “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I Yahweh do all these things” (Isaiah 45:7). Furthermore, when John instructs; “God is light, and in him is no darkness at all” (I John 1:5) it should further establish the fact that Jesus taught the ways of Yahweh because He spoke; “I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness” (John 12:46). Christ established God's Law.

Peter puts the creation of light this way; “Ye are a chosen generation (genos or “race” #G1085), a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (I Peter 2:9). Obviously, God has a chosen and elected people He's set aside from the foundation of the world and those same souls are known as "the children of light." These same people will follow the ways of God and acknowledge Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords.

Yahweh has this to say about the remnant; “I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded”(Romans 11:4-7).

As we established in the first part, man can't read without light (much less the genuine Light Jesus) so the battlefield is only genuine for those that God has selected. No amount of debate nor badgering will get someone to know the reality of Christ or His Word if that same person hasn't been chosen of God. David taught; “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalm 119:105) further establishing the importance of following Yahweh's Law and knowing the author behind it - Jesus, the living Word (Revelation 19:13).

James warns us; “Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” (James 1:16-17). This means that Yahweh is incapable of change (Malachi 3:6) making Him the solid Rock (I Corinthians 10:4) on which any solid Christian foundation is laid upon. He also tells us that God is "the Father of lights" and “Of his own will begat he us that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures” (James 1:18).

Christians who have been given the Light and called to a higher purpose should take heed and never give thanks to the wrong person for "gifts" in life. All praise must go to Yahweh as He is a Jealous God (Exodus 34:14). While this aspect of the Omega Creator is flattering to the Christian, it is an out-right curse to the children of wickedness who find His eternal Laws "too constrictive" or "too extreme." Such liberal agendas are at work in the world today and seemingly never cease from promoting wickedness on almost every level.

For example, those blinded most likely worked at taking prayer out of public school yet sit around wondering why there have been hundreds of school shootings. Like creatures of instinct (II Peter 2:12) such insects can only go with the flows of conformity yet inwardly sit in miserable darkness devoid of soul. It is the foolish person who trusts in mankind given their wretched history of repeated failure and current sin-laden status, all praises must go to God alone. As Christians, we should all strive to have the patience of long-suffering Job.

John the revelator tells us that in the Kingdom age; “There shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign forever and ever” (Revelation 22:3-5). The faithful servants who overcome the world are granted eternal reign with their Light Yahweh.

Compare this with Jesus' own parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1-13) who needed their lamps (full of oil) to light their path to the marriage supper of the Lamb. The Messiah equates this act to “the kingdom of heaven” meaning that the five foolish virgins weren't chosen nor wise enough to realize both the oil and light symbolize Jesus Christ, the very bridegroom. Jesus is the only way to salvation for His chosen Israelite people (John 14:6) and only by adherence to His teachings and Laws will the Christian people survive.

Be sure to recognize the light in one another and always remember the words of “the preacher” in Ecclesiastes 2:13; “I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness.” The serpentile will always lose being bound under the feet of Christians who are given power through Jesus' sacrifice over death. Wise king Solomon also adds “For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day”(Proverbs 4:17-18).

Like usual, my intention with both parts of this series on Biblical light is for the advancement of Jesus' Kingdom and establishment of His Laws on earth. From alpha to omega, Jesus Christ is the only lamp and light by which man can see. He is our mediator and God, the Lord of lords and King of kings. I pray that all Christians seek the Light and His guidance in reading the eternal Word. God created the Light, there is none higher than the most High so all praises must go to Yahweh. Pray for this ministry and one another. Amen.

Character matters. If he recanted his former teaching then I owe him an apology. But I don't think a little pink blob like me matters to him anyways...

Partial Doctrinal Statement of Beliefs:
Covenant People's Ministry is a Christian Identity Bible study outreach.
We believe that Jesus Christ is Yahweh (John 1:1,14 & Colossians 1:16) and was sent to save Israel (Matthew 1:21, 10:6 & 15:24) in addition to all those who believe on Him (I Timothy 4:10, Exodus 23:9 & Numbers 9:14).
We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of Yahweh (Deuteronomy 4:2 & I John 2:7) and Jesus Christ is that Word (Revelation 19:13). We believe both Old and New Covenants were made with Israel (Deuteronomy 29:1,Jeremiah 31:31 & Hebrews 8:10) and Yahweh's chosen Israel people exist today (James 1:1).
We believe salvation is by grace (Ephesians 2:8) because all men are sinners (Romans 3:23), baptism by immersion is essential (Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38 & I Peter 3:20-21) and that Jesus Christ fulfilled the Old Testament Law (Matthew 5:18 & I Timothy 1:8) but also didn't abolish it (Malachi 3:6, Matthew 5:17)

The term Christian Identity is an oxymoron.

Paul speaks the truth in Galatians 3:28

Christian Identity says the white, aryan race are the true lost tribes of Israel. Consequently they gather quite a following from Stormfront websites as well.
