Thats my point Jag God makes it clear the flood was world wide nothing was left aliveSo there is only one explanation and its in the last 9 words of the verse you have given;and they that were with him in the ark.Just because they are not listed by name does not mean they were not there. We know we have the different races andthe kennites/Canaanite's had all been killed John the baptist and all others that speak of them later would be lying we have no other choice if we are to believe Gods word. Then to believe there were others with Noah.Gen 7:15 all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.

quote from 1599 Geneva BibleGe 7:157:15 And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two {f} of all flesh, wherein [is] the breath of life.(f) Every living thing that God would have be preserved on earth, came into the ark to Noah. Ge 7:167:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD {g} shut him in.(g) So that God's secret power defended him against the rage of the mighty waters. It occurs to me that the words in orange are what we should keep in our mindsGod preserved whom/what he saw fit for his plan He alone decides these things. Whether we get it or not.

Kriss,You made a statement; "Just because they are not listed by name does not mean they were not there".This is the rediculous assumption cults use to try to inject their false doctrines into God's Holy Word!God's word is Holy and textually inerrent and if you'll read a little further into Genesis, you'll understand, (I hope) that the races came from Ham Shem and Japheth.Trying to get the Bible to say what it does not say, is just as Heretecal as throwing the whole thing out!

I'm not trying to get the bible to say anything I'm trying to explain what it saysGen 7:15 all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.why don't you in all your insight tell me what all creatures with the breath of life means and how you know it means no others God had chosen to save. While you are at it Tell me what every living thing means ???aren't you the one who says what I eat will define my race? yeah another opinion with nothing to back it up

The words in yellow (on the quote) is that not only I got a problem with it, since Noah and his sons are sons of God, then where is the other races at? Nevermind I know what you may say...or I pretty sure you can't answer the question below. If there were only eight souls in the ark, and later on Noah's son's wives had male and female childrens, who did the childrens had to marry? Their mothers and fathers? or brothers and sister?Lovest thou in Christ Jesus (Yahshua) our Lord and Saviour.

Children who was born of the same mother and father are not cousins, they are brothers and sisters...Lovest thou in Christ Jesus (Yahshua) our Lord and Saviour.

Why must I keep explaining what is obvious?TSJ. There were three brothers that got off Noah's boat, with their wives, hence the CHILDREN ARE COUSINS!Kriss, when you quote Gen. 7:15, quote the whole verse. the first three words are: "Pairs of all "!

It's the same old hypocrisy guys - it's not OK for you to use Scripture and infer a minor connection but it's just fine to infer that when the Bible speaks about the tower of Babel and languages, it also means the races to make their story fit.Am I the only one that has noticed that Gary T has already presented two different explanations for the races: Noah's sons and the tower of Babel. Which is it...or do you even know? Which sounds better?

Denver,If you'll read Gen. 9:25-27, you will see the three sons of Noah beginning the nations, also continue on to Gen. 10, where the nations are laid out. Also notice that the Canaanites came from Ham, not some long lost race of giants.God made them different races when they left the ark! But they ignored God's instructions to populate the earth by all staying in one place. This is where God confused their languages and made them do what they were suppose to do in the first place.

That takes a real lot of common sense to see how all the races came about from three people and their wives in a verily short period of time with of course no others to marry but each other anybody with any genetic or math background wanna explain that one to me???? Funny when I look at history of civilizations that were restricted to incestuous behavior they died out after the deformatives became to great to support lifeSo much easier to believe than God saved whom he choose for his plan. And left the language open to those who cared to see what he says. So much easier to believe what men decided than try to understand what God said

And here we go AGAIN. You invent some little tidbit each time you're called out on your story not adding up. Now God changed their races when they walked off the Ark??Not to mention these giants - clearly descended from angels in Genesis 6 - magically start appearing again and are entire races.A Canaanite is not necessarily a Kenite. The nations you're speaking about in Genesis 10 all share one thing in common, they're virtually of the same race and makeup. These are the far eastern race, the african-american race, and so on. Lo and behold, we're back to square one!

Garry, You are so far stretch...I don't think you can see it...Noah, Noah's wife, Noah's three sons (they're brothers) and his sons wives.4 males + 4 femalesWhen Noah's sons wives get males and females childrens, they would difinately will be forced to do the sin of incest.

I think it's common sense that God will hate it, when they to marry themselves (brothers and sisters, ESPECIALLY cousins, or neices and nephew) It takes ages to repopulate the earth, We are at least 6 billion years now, with many races. It's impossible to make races out of so few soulsLovest thou in Christ Jesus (Yahshua) our Lord and Saviour.

Or, as with Adam's children, He could have overlooked incest and make sure that genetics didn't way in for five generations.

"And again Adam and Eve where the first where does it say they are the only?"I can ask the same question, where does it say he did create more people? And then How many? Two, four, ten people? Does scripture tell us this? Do you know? Another problem I have with this , Did God make them perfect too? Without sin? If so then why does scripture say sin came through one man Adam ? And if they were created not perfect, can they or there ancestors be judged for their sinsAs far as scripture goes, I like the NIV, Acts 17:26 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.Genesis 3:20And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. It wouldn’t have taken as long as you think, for different races to appear. If God created Adam and Eve brown skin and each had light and dark colored genes, similar to someone today having brown skin, who’s mother was black and father was white, who married someone with one parent, black the other white, they could have a child with very dark skin or one with very light skin. They could also have a child with brown skin and any shade in between. Since Adam lived over 800 years and his children all lived very long lives. There could have been many people of many different colors It would have only taken one generation, being the length of their livesYou can check for yourself at http://www.christiananswers.net/q-aig/race-skincolor.html It is very short one maybe two pages and an easy read

You don't need scripture to know that if you believe that God created Adam and Eve and ONLY Adam and Eve then brother and sister had to marry. Generations of incest breed mental disorders and if God wanted them to populated the world I doubt He wanted his creation to be a race of retards. :naughty:He would have allowed the natural decay of things to take a backseat before diversity allowed itself to be.

Herein lies your problem,(the Adam and Eve only to be more specific.)Adam and Eve were not the firstGenesis 1:26 "And God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them."Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, ad over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."On the sixth day, "male and female created He them". God created all the races, however, in the creation of "Adam" we will see in the next chapter that God stated purpose for Adam, and His intent for the Adamic race are that they are "to till the ground." That means that they are to be farmers.Genesis 2:1 "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them."This chapter begins after the completion of the heavens and the earth, when it is fit for habitation. The "hosts" are the masses of people of every race, created on the sixth day, and their offspring, as each race multiplied "after their kind". "Hosts" in the Hebrew text, is given as "tsaba", which shows a binding unity within each group or race, such as organizing for war. In the Strong's Hebrew dictionary it is # 6635, it comes from the root meaning "to assemble to perform". Each of these souls or people, having been created, now stood ready to pass through this earth age. Each soul having the free will to choose light, or darkness.Genesis 2:2 "And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made."When God rested on the seventh day, all forms of plant and animal life was in existence, and man was the last in the creative process of God. In ancient writings from the second century A.D., translated from [Sanhedrin viii, 7]; "Why was man created last? That the heretics might not say there was a companion with Him in the work, i.e., that man should not have claim to share with Him." The work was finished on the sixth day, and all activity of God's creative efforts stopped on the seventh day. God rested from all the work involving the universe.Genesis 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made."All the rejuvenation that took place was finished. Though the so-called "higher critics" say there is a change in authorship from the "P" to the "J" manuscripts, because we are using our commentary from Ezra and Nehemiah's "Massoretic text" manuscripts of Dr C. D. Ginsburg, there should be no conflict in the continuation of thought between the first and second chapters of Genesis. Both chapters come from the same source, and not separate authorships written years apart. Genesis 2:4 "These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,"Genesis 2:5 "And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground."It is clearly understood that the fish, the fowl, all the wild animals of every kind are created, and living on earth. All races of mankind have also been created, and multiplying also, except the Adamic race. With all this life, God is stating that there still is "no man to till the ground"; to be a farmer. Genesis 2:6 "But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground."This "mist" is the morning dew that watered the earth. Genesis 2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."The word "formed" is used [molded as clay] to describe the making of Adam. When man was formed he became a living creature. In the Hebrew it is "eth-ha-adham", which refers to the particular person "Adam", (not a generic form for man). The "Ha-Adham" [Adam] is the man that Christ will come forth through. Matthew 1:1-17, and Luke 3:23-38 both give us our documentation that this is true and did come to pass. Paul states in I Corinthians 15:21-23 that sin came into the world by the first Adam, but by the second Adam [Christ} all shall be made alive. Christ is the first fruits [to come out of the grave to everlasting life], and then "they that are Christ's at His coming". There was death by the first Adam, and salvation by Christ Himself. Genesis 2:8 "(And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed."In this "Eden" which God had formed, He put "eth-ha adham" [not any man, but "the Adam"]. This is the man "Adam" formed from clay in Genesis 2:7, and not the "male and female" of the races of the sixth day creation of Genesis 1:27-28. Eden is a special place that God made, following the seventh day of rest, for a special man called Adam.http://www.theseason.org/genesis/genesis.htm

If you are right, and Adam and Eve were not the first, then why does God say in Genesis 2:19 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. Also why does Adam call Eve, the mother of all that is living ?
